Ich habe einen Waschtrockner von Beko in meiner neuen Wohnung übernommen. Leider reisst die Maschine Löcher in meine Kleidung. Laut unabhängigem Monteur handelt es sich um einen Konstruktionsfehler. Die Wäsche gerät zwischen Trommel und Gummidichtung und zerreisst. Auf mein Schreiben, gab man meine Daten einfach an eine beliebige Werkstatt weiter. Diese wollte mir eine eue Trommel und eine neue Dichtung verkaufen ( EK 250€). Fazit Ware ungenügend, Kundendienst ungenügend. Nie wieder

Compré un frigorífico de esta marca en Media Markt. Tuve un problema y como no me daban solución he llamado al servicio técnico de Beko en A Coruña. Me ha cogido la llamada una chica, borde y con mucha prisa por colgarme. Se ha lavado las manos diciéndome que tengo que esperar por Media Markt, cuando le he preguntado una duda, me ha colgado el teléfono dejándome con las palabras en la boca. Con lo cuál a mí me deja con muchas ganas de devolver el producto y que se lo coman tanto unos como otros.

Der Beko-Kundendienst wollte für die Reparatur eine Versicherung abschliessen (inclusive.Erstreparatur durch Fremdfirma), Ein eigener Kundendienst existiert anscheinend garnicht!

Beko - No Go!

Do not buy from Beko, their customer service is appalling. I reported my ceramic hob cracked whilst heating up back at the beginning of April and have had to chase for a response ever since submitting photographs to them on 3/4/20. Now, on 5/6/20 they tell me there is nothing they can do because it was caused by impact. This is absolutely not the case as I was standing next to the hob when I heard a loud bang and lifted up the pan to see large cracks. So I have been without a hob since the start of lockdown. I appealed and their process is to simply ask a member of the same team to look at the photos and they say impact damage. Deeply frustrating as this is not what happened and I see from other reviews they say the same thing to people who have ceramic hob problems. I will never buy a Beko product again. I asked for a copy of their complaints procedure and they say they don't have one so I've had to email the same customer service email to complain.

I bought a pretty expensive Beko Washer Dryer from John Lewis just less than a year ago. So, it is still under warranty. It broke but trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare and I have been without a working machine for over 4 and a half weeks now.

I did not realise I would have to liaise with John Lewis, Beko and then the local contractor to get anything done. Each party passing the buck and responsibility back to the other. It was fixed for all of 2 hours, then broke again. Then I waited 10 days for a part to arrive, which then transpired it had not been ordered. John Lewis seem to have opted out and getting through to them on the telephone is a nightmare too.

I replaced my good beko washing machine with another....logical ? You would think so. But no, my brand new washing machine often makes such a loud banging noise, like heavy duty guns going off, that I have to switch the machine off and battle with dripping wet laundry. The engineer from Euronics where I purchased the machine tells me this is caused by an uneven load.....bet he knows more than he is saying !
I must now replace this terrifying and inconvenient machine having wasted hard earned money. I will not buy beko again and will warn all I know that buying from beko is a lottery....you might get a great machine at a very reasonable price.......or you might not.

Tengo un horno beko con un año y poco, en una segunda residencia osea que se le ha dado poco uso.
Y está toda la parte de abajo donde están las resistencias hinchada la pintura y se ha saltado, hemos dado un parte a la garantía, y directamente nos dicen que no van a venir a verlo que no entra en garantía.
No vuelvo a comprar nada de esta marca, y recomendación 0.

I purchased a Beko WTG620M1W compact washing machine a month ago and I'm already experiencing problems. It leaks from somewhere underneath. I've done all the checks, I've even adjusted the feet to try and make sure it's level . The drainage pump is also very noisy , screeches away . I've washed double duvet cover and pillow cases in it , on the two occasions I've done this the washing machine has banged away ( even when loading correctly) on one occasion washing machine moved across my utility room . I wouldn't say washing the cover that goes over a duvet quilt is overloading the washing machine. I've guaranteed it, but am still contacting a local washing machine specialist to come and assess my beko washing machine .

Denn ich warte jetzt seit über einen Monat.
Die Mitarbeiter sind inkompetent , das einzige was die machen ist weiterleiten.
Der Techniker ist nichtmal zum vereinbarten Termin aufgetaucht, so eine Frechheit, hatte noch nicht mal den Anstand abzusagen dabei habe ich 3 stunden gewartet.

Having previously purchased a freezer and washing machine and have been entirely satisfied with I purchased a dishwasher as it was cheaper to replace the old one. I am not at all impressed with it as it doesn't clean satisfactorily and it didn't say you needed rinse aid which it does otherwise it doesn't dry.

Beko washing machine, less than than 12 months old. Had failed pump replaced. Repair guy knock off a chunk of paint, caused by rust underneath. Beko claim this is our fault because detergant may have got on paintwork. They also said that the warranty does not cover rust. The pump failure was also our fault apparently even though thier maintenance manual didn-t say how to clean the drum in our version.. Horrible customer service and no care or understanding given by staff.

Vorweg die Anmerkung: Ohne einen Stern kann man keine Bewertung schreiben. Meine Sterne-Bewertung: -100 Sterne!!! Ich habe meiner Mutter die Beko-Spülmaschine im Januar 2018 geschenkt, weil sie mir von MEDIMAX empfohlen wurde und für eine Seniorin leicht zu bedienen war. Im März 2020 fing sie an Störungen anzuzeigen. Dann lief sie, dann lief sie nicht. Im April 2020 hat dann endlich mit Fehler E01 (Ablaufpumpe) den Dienst eingestellt. Daraufhin habe ich den Kundendienst angerufen und die Störung erklärt. Meine Frage auf Kulanz verlief im Sande. Der Gesprächspartner nahm die Störung auf und sagte, der Techniker werde sich bei mir melden. Gleichzeitig sagte er auch, selbst wenn er nichts findet, müssen die An- und Abfahrt, sowie die Arbeitszeit berechnet werden. Meine Frage, woher der Techniker angereist kommt, konnte er mir nicht sagen. Da sagte ich, also muss ich mich überraschen lassen, wie teuer die An- und Abfahrt ist. Ja sagte er, so ist es! Dann versuchte mir der Herr am Telefon eine Versicherung aufzuschwatzen. Die wäre, wenn die Maschine repariert ist, die Reparatur für 30 Euro im Monat abzusichern, falls nochmal so eine Störung auftritt. Kurz gerechnet: 12 x 30 Euro = Neue Maschine. Sollte wohl ein verspäteter Aprilscherz sein. Wie auch immer: Nie mehr Beko!!! Ach übrigens, der Techniker hat sich nie bei mir gemeldet. Auch nicht schlecht. Also Service auch -100 Sterne. Mein Rat: FINGER weg von Beko!!!

We had a cooker hood fitted as part of a kitchen refit. After about 10 uses it started to rattle and shake alarmingly. I contacted Beko customer service as it was under warranty and was told that an engineer would come out and fix it. I was given a firm date and even received a text the day before to confirm the visit. Nobody turned up.
Today I rang Customer Service to find out what had happened to be told that the original booking must have been in error as they don't send engineers out for cooker hoods. I was given an authorisation code for a replacement unit to be collected from my retailer (B&Q) but cost of the removal and reinstallation of the unit has to be at my own expense.
Really disappointed with both the product and the service.
B&Q have now organised collection and replacement delivered to my door so that's reassuring.
Have taken down the hood and discovered that the fan inside has a shattered section with plastic bits thrown into the extraction tube. Obviously a poorly manufactured piece.

Beko american fridge/freezer (ras121ls)
Purchased Feb 2018.
Compressor started making very loud intermittent noises 2 months after the 2year warranty had expired.
I thought Beko would be of some assistance to satisfy my issue but instead have been given the runaround over the course of 6 seperate phone calls.
I have also emailed requesting a service engineer callout and this was completing ingnored.
I also stated that i was willing to pay for the callout to see whether it was worthwhile repairing but still no response.

I just purchased a new fridge/freezer as the noises were so loud, our kids were being woken up from the fridge noise downstairs.

Der Kundensupport war sehr nett und mein Fall wurde super schnell bearbeitet!

Leider ging kurz vor dem Ablauf der Garantie meine Waschmaschine kaputt, jedoch hat der Support direkt am selben Tag den Fall an den Handwerker übergeben.

Ebenfalls nach wenigen Stunden die Rückmeldung von dem Handwerker erhalten und einen Termin vereinbart!

Das nenne ich Kundensupport!

Assistenza pietosa e maleducati li chiami x farti risolvere il problema e sembrano loro quelli incazzati nn ho parole sconsigliò a tutti i prodotti beko

Frigorifero BEKO RCNA400E40ZXP comprato da Unieuro (12/10/2018) rumoroso, non lo ricomprerei.

We have had a terrible experience with a Beko fridge and the customer service we have received from them. We bought a new Beko fridge 4 months ago and for the past 4 weeks it has not worked. We tried all the quick fixes suggested on their website before contacting them as the fridge is under warranty. We have not been able to store anything in the fridge since it stopped working as the internal temperature is 16 degrees. Therefore, we have had to do our shopping on a day to day basis which isn't ideal given the current lockdown situation. We called Beko two weeks ago and it took them 7 days to send an engineer out. After 5 minutes the engineer found a manufacturing fault with the fridge and told us that he'd have to order a new part which would take 2 days. 5 days later we've still not heard from the engineer or Beko about when the issue will be fixed. This is despite 4 phonecalls and numerous email which have all been ignored. Do not purchase anything from Beko as their products are poorly manufactured and their customer service is appalling.
