Beko 

Can not get through to their spares department to order replacement carbon brushes for my washing machine that I need urgently. No answer on the phone or email for days and their customer service team just say keep trying and are very unhelpful! The replacement part listed for this is incorrect as beko changed suppliers since my machine was built and the new part is incompatible! Very poor service!

Shocking........have been trying to get them to fix my washing machine that is less then 6 months old, they just keep ignoring me and don’t bother to respond to emails! Please learn from my mistake and buy from anyone else these people simply don’t care about there customers

Top of the line dishwasher only lasted 6 months and Beko are not going to fix it.
Poor service and product, strongly recommend buy something other than BEKO.!!!!!

Washer Dryer had to be replaced after 2 years. The motherboard broke which we were told costs more than a new washing machine. Outrageous to have to replace white goods so soon after purchase.

I brought a induction hob from beko. The appliance stopped working very next day, I contacted the beko company and they took 15 days to send engineer to find you fault, the engineer told us he’s going to submit the report that the part has been changed but still not working so he had no other option, and gave a different report to the company,
on the other hand, we got an email that they’ll be charging us extra just because they sent engineer I mean seriously? I’m absolutely surprised to see that people are least bothered about working here. If you call them they won’t pick up, if you email them, you get no reply, they’ve been showing hideous behaviour towards their customers, I guess you guys should close if you don’t feel like working, absolutely zero assistance from your side, and by the way, your applicant still doesn’t work and no one came to sort out the problem. Ashamed! I won’t recommend their service at all

We bought an integrated Beko dishwasher and after some use (within warranty period) one of the runners on the top shelf sheared.
I rang Beko Customer Service and explained the issue and they advised they would arrange to send out the spare part and obviously saying it may take longer to get to me due to the Corona postal issue etc.
I am totally impressed - three days later an entire replacement shelf arrived by courier and it was an easy replacement fit.
This is what Customer Service is all about and will definately look at Beko products in the future.

I bought a Beko Upright freezer and a upright fridge at the same time, cost a lot of money. I really wish I hadden’t both the fridge and the freezer are RUBBISH!! Freezer has awful brittle plastic drawers which snap very easily when cold. The fridge has little moulded lugs which are supposed to support the shelves - think again they stick out so little that you can only support the shelf at one side at a time. Awful cheap crap, do not buy, very disappointed and can’t believe they can get away with it!!

So lange alles läuft ist alles gut.. Wehe man hat einen Garantiefall.. Beko vergibt den Auftrag weiter.. Nachdem sie von dieser Firma niemand gemeldet hat, wieder Anruf bei beko.. Wieder nichts.. Zum Schluss hieß es, kümmern sie sich selbst darum hier ist die Nummer von der Firma die wir beauftragt haben(go tec) diese Firma noch schlimmer als beko. Das ganze zieht sich seit über 9 Wochen nun hin. Nie wieder beko solange die diese Firma beauftragen

i bought beko electric oven from curry, the oven had good review on curry site, they were showing 2 year warranty, but i need to register it, when i phone beko warranty service ( phone numbers provided ), for start , the reprasentative was rude and unprofessional, he said the two year would not be covered for damage ( which is ok ) , but , if the engineer decided that its damage, he will charge me ( the customer ) £129 by just turning up at my address ( customer address ), and even if he
( the engineer ) did not do any thing, ( by just looking and deciding its damage ) , i find thats not straight forward, because that is some time not black and white.
its not professional at all....

If I could give this no stars I would, my oven exploded and the glass shattered as I opened it to retrieve a dish from the oven. As a result of this shards of glass damaged my eyes. I have called 5 times, I only managed to get through once and despite them informing me they would call today - their phone lines are down and I’ve been on hold over an hour. Not to mention the APPALLING customer service, I have suffered grave consequences as a result of their faulty manufacturing and I am waiting for Moorfields Eye Hospital to contact me regarding the future outcome of my eyesight. Not only is this absolutely devastating, it’s made far worse by the fact I can’t get anyone to remove the oven. When I did get hold of someone they simply said they couldn’t do anything because they are working from home... DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS AND OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL

Sto aspettando da un mese abbondante che qualcuno mi dica quando mi verranno ad aggiustare l'asciugatrice acquistata a fine gennaio, ma ne il servizio clienti , ne la ditta incaricata mi sa dire qualcosa malgrado decine di telefonate.... ma non vi vergognate!!!??? Mai più beko. Non comprate beko.

I purchased a Beko washing Machine Oct 2017 and it has been diagnosed beyond repair. I have never purchased a Beko product before but they refuse to acknowledge any responsibility because it is out of guarantee. I will never purchase any of their goods again.

I have phoned customer service four times now and what an appalling service they offer. One advisor put the phone down on me two didn't know what there call charges were, how unprofessional are Beko when there staff dont know the information to give to a customer. I have been waiting well over a week for my washer to be repaired only to be fobbed of all time. I've sent two emails to customer service attaching photos of my washer, to be told the photos are not there, is this some sort of a joke why would I send an email with no pictures on. I think beko just ignore customers request regarding repairs to their appliances. I am now getting in touch with Trading Standards regarding this. I will never buy another Beko product I've o ly had my washer 3 months absolute shocking Customer Service

Purtroppo i miei genitori si sono lasciati consigliare dalla proprietaria di un negozio di elettrodomestici ad incasso che sostiene di avere in casa sua lo stesso modello. Per ora funzionano bene i programmi e sono semplici, ma da subito si sono accorti che nella guarnizione resta talmente tanta acqua che quando si apre l’oblò esce fino a terra. Il tecnico ha provato a sollevare al massimo i piedini per inclinare verso l’interno, ma ha detto che è proprio un difetto di quel modello di lavatrice. Hanno studiato molto male la guarnizione. Peccato che nell’urgenza i miei si siano affidati alla venditrice, anziché aspettare che leggessi prima le recensioni. Ora vediamo quanto dura questo modello che comunque hanno pagato più di 600€.

Sent a dishwasher arm instead on an oven shelf
When I spoke to them via webchat person I spoke to didn’t apologise once and was rude and sarcastic
Agreed to pick up replacement on the following Monday (no refund until they get it back) and then I get a text at 13:21 on the day they agreed to pick it up to say they would be coming tomorrow
Will never ever order from them again

If I could give no stars I would! My complaint with beko has been going on for 7 months now. I purchased a beko hoover and on the first use it burnt my brand new carpet in 2 places up the stairs. I have sent pictures, numerous emails and phone calls and just keep getting the run around. My last 2 emails absolutely no-one has responded to. The hoover was taken off for "investigation" some months ago now and I have not had a single update as to the progress. This whole thing is a complete waste of my time, just replace my carpet/give compensation and do the right thing!!

Products are not the best quality. I purchased a Freezer Beko UFF584APW
Under Counter Freezer £175. Its not the best quality inside ie. drawer fronts crack and base ices up.

Contacted customer services but they told me turn it off and get out an engineer. Regardless of the fact this would cost me a £60 callout charge and i would have nowhere to store my food.
Beko are not good quality products.
But they do reply to emails - just not particularly helpful or understanding.

After purchasing a Beko Washing Machine on Ebay in January 2020
eventually after 2 weeks it was delivered by Argos, who was not
the ebay seller but clearly affiliated.
By the end of February the machine started to develope severe
vibrations and noise which rapidly worsened over the next few
uses of the machine, to the extent that it got so bad it was
feared it may explode, so we stopped using it and contacted the
engineers specified by Beko.
When the engineer examined the machine he found the heavy concrete
balance weights inside to be loose (A manufacturing fault) this had
also caused major damage to the main drum assembly.
Given this he started the process of ordering all the replacement parts,
equivilent to fitting a new engine in your car.
He told us the parts would be in soon and that an engineer would be
back the following week to fit them under the warranty.
WRONG, after another week and numerous telephone calls to the engineers
we where told that they where still waiting for the parts and the
best option would be to contact Beko directly and quoting their
reference number request a replacement machine.
This was done, and after several phone calls to Beko to chase up
the process we eventually aquired the replacement authorisation
number to give to Argos.
After 2 phone calls to Argos, each with a wait listening to music
for 45mins, they have agreed to deliver a new replacement machine
next Thursday.
From breakdown to replacement would be nearly 4 weeks, with the added
expense of having to do all washing in the local launderette.
I guess after this I would say :-

DON'T BUY A BEKO Washing Machine !!!!!.
