Beko 

Ho acquistato un frigo BEKO non frost a settembre 2019,rumorosissimo di notte,chiamo l'assistenza che dopo 30gg lo sostituisce con un altro che purtroppo evidenzia altri difetti tipo RAFFREDDA TROPPO NEL VANO FRIGO e poi LA PORTIERA UNA VOLTA CHE LA APRI DEVI ASPETTARE 2 MINUTI PRIMA CHE RIESCA A RIAPRIRLA in quanto fa pressione col rischio di trovarti la maniglia in mano.L'assistenza mi dice che è normale IO PENSO NON SIA COSI',mai più acquisterò questa marca,pessima e neanche a buon prezzo,do una stella ma merita ZERO

Don't buy Beko! We bought everything Beko 5 years ago and NOTHING has lasted (Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier & American fridge). First thing to go was the washing machine, no help from Beko customer service as attested many times here. Diagnosed the problem myself and changed the part, worked for a further 6 months and PCB went. Not worth replacing so (stupidly) bought another Beko. Within 6 months a pipe came loose and flooded our room and blew the washing machine PCB. Beko said I had to pay for engineer available in 2 weeks! Again I bought the PCB from Beko and replaced it myself, then the element went and kept tripping the house RCD. Replaced heating element then the next one went as well (the drum seems to rub on the element, bad design). Replaced the element again for the 3rd time and now the washing machine just keeps heating and doesn't switch off! By the end of the cycle the machine is BOILING and has melted all the plastic, it's going to the tip today as it's dangerous! Our American fridge compressor went after 2 years and we had to scrap the fridge as a spare part is the same cost as a new one. Dishwasher did last 5 years but has always smelt funny (as has the washing machine) and has completely fallen apart inside. The other day that stopped working and I had to diagnose the fault myself again and found a cable had snapped at the door hinge. If you're handy like I am you might get some use out of these appliances...but they're cheap for a reason. Buy cheap, buy twice.

Don’t purchase from Beko, they will not support when things go wrong. I have a dishwasher purchased 2 days ago, it’s faulty and after waiting on the phone for over 3 hours, they refuse to help for another 8 days. I have explained how the constant dripping of water is causing damage, they have been no help at all

Dopo due anni non raffredda più, il tecnico consiglia di cambiare frigorifero per via del l'eccessiva spesa di riparazione veramente dei prodotti scadenti

Ordered an Iron direct from the beko website. A fault at their end meant I was charged for two products and they dispatched two. I immediately tried to call them but getting through is a nightmare. I sent several emails but days later did not get a response. After finally speaking to someone she told me she would escalate this and someone would call me by the end of the day. Still No phone call so i called again (3 more times) and on each occasion, got the same response. I've spent 3 hours trying to sort this. Customer service is shocking. My advice is spend a little bit more money and buy elsewhere.

Bought a Beko refrigerator in Boston. It looked really good in the store. Great interior lighting, smoothly rolling drawers, very upscale feel and look. However, we should have listened to the bad reviews that Beko has received online. The refrigerator was practically dead upon arrival. Freezer drawer cooled but far off the set temperature. The refrigerator compartment did not cool at all. Immediately returned to the store and bough a different brand.

I don’t usually write reviews but to my surprise I contacted the ceo of beko. Response was quick, engineer appt moved forward and my issue resolved. So credit when it’s due, well done beko

Bought machine in March. Within a week my once fluffy towels and soft bedding were all like cardboard. Beko blamed the hard water area but haven’t had that problem in 30 years plus thst I’ve lived here wirh any other machine. Also it says you can wash your duvet in it but double duvet which I have does not fit so it’s not fit for purpose. Beko have yet to get back to me on this when I asked to swap machine.

Really disappointed with the quality of the Beko products. My fridge/freezer lost all gas after one year and a half of use. The hob I bought at the same time as the fridge/freezer gained rust after one year of use above the oven door. I contacted Beko regarding this as it is a design failure (the condensation created by the oven could not be dried as it is unaccessible). Beko accepted the comment but didn't do anything to remediate the problem - the answer was "Unfortunately it's outside the one year warranty period".

Aufpassen einfach sehr schlecht, Herstellergarantie sehr schlimm. Kein Reparatur, kein Rücknahme, seit 3 Monate warte ich

Sinceramente ni se te ocurra comprar algo de esta marca. Compre un lavavajillas se rompió a los 3 meses y llevo 4 semanas esperando una respuesta. Mal servicio, no puedes hablar con nadie y Servicio técnico muy malo. No vale la pena.

Ich hab letztes Jahr einen Kühlschrank gekauft von Beko. Es funktioniert nicht richtig, am der Kühlschrankwand bildet sich immer Eis. Es war ein Techniker da und er hat einen neuen Thermostat bekommen. Hat so einen bis zwei Monate gut funktioniert. Dann hat sich immer Wasser an der Wand gebildet und ist nicht abgetropft. Es ist gefroren. April war wieder ein Techniker da, er hat die Temperatur im Kühlschrank gemessen. Er meinte das alles in Ordnung ist. Ich soll froh sein, daß ich ihn nicht bezahlen musste. Jetzt soll einer wieder kommen und wieder einen Thermostat wechseln. Es hat sich wieder Eis an einer Stelle gebildet, ein Klumpen. Ich weiß nicht weiter. Bin echt ratlos. Ich habe gesagt ich will ein neuen Kühlschrank der funktioniert und keinen neuen Thermostat.
Bin so sauer!!!!!

Dopo 2 anni e 9 mesi c'è da sostituire il compressore, il tecnico dell'assistenza ci consiglai di cambiare frigorifero perchè non conviene in quanto la spesa intorno ai 280€. Scandaloso.

Dovete fallire non potete continuare a truffare gente. Turchi del piffero.....

I purchased a secondhand beko DTGV 7001W tumble dryer that was 4months old. I noticed the clothes were getting piniched and marked and clothes were damp even though it has sensors. I rang beko and they said there was nothing they could do as it wasn't registered in my name, Unless I tuck it back to the owners house registered under there name and address. The only problem is that they were selling it because they were moving abroad.

Very bad experience
I have bought a washing machine. It broke 6 weeks after I have bought it. I have contacted the shop, which send an email to Beko. Nothing happened within a week. I have contacted the shop again, and they have confirmed that they have email-ed Beko straight away. I have contacted Beko directly, and they said they would send someone within 24 hours. It's been another 4 weeks, no one ever contacted me.
It's the worst scenario ever. Don't buy from them, their warranty team is very unreliable.

Frigorifero Beko, dopo una settimana che è in funzione rumoroso peggio di un trattore, e soprattutto in orari notturni. Acquisto effettuato presso unieuro

me compre un frigorifico que me costo 420 euros, cuando vino la pandemia (covid19) apague el frigorifico y duro 3 meses sin actividad, cuando lo volvi a poner en marcha en la parte de arriba ya no enfriaba. DE LO PEOR para su precio.
