Beko 

Purchased a Beko Fridge Freezer and had breakdown cover with Domestic & General. Fridge Freezer broke down 16th June 2020 contacted D&G and was advised next available appointment for a Beko engineer to attend was Friday 26th June 2020 over 1 week away. I contacted Beko customer services on 25th June 2020 and waited over 50 minutes on hold and was told the engineer was attending tomorrow and would arrive tomorrow and call me before 10am letting me know what time he was arriving. Friday came and engineer arrived at 10:30am unannounced and entered my home with zero PPE and social distancing was not adhered to - it seems Beko have been living under a rock during this COVID-19 crisis and are unaware of the requirements of company staff. I contacted Beko same day and on Saturday and Sunday and the blame was put at D&G despite the engineer been a directly employed engineer of Beko. Absolute crap service from start to finish. Due to then waiting nearly 3 weeks for update on parts D&G decided to offer me a replacement fridge freezer. I emailed the CEO of Beko Teresa Arbuckle and guess what zero response and zero acknowledgement which does not surprise me when their Trust Pilot score is so poor abs negative review after negative review. I would not recommend Beko to anyone !!!!!!!!!! Stay well clear!!!!!!!

Since posting the above review I contacted Beko via twitter and they responded which I was shocked as until then I have been ignored - a few days later I receive an email from the Customer experience executive for the Managing director (looks like the twitter message worked) I requested to be contacted to discuss my complaint and my request was ignored - I then receive an inadequate reply which I have challenged and to date back to being ignored - I so wish I had viewed Beko’s Trust Pilot prior to my purchase - you live and learn - overall view from me is Beko do not care about its customers or have any knowledge what customer service is - there Trust Pilot rating of Bad says it all

If I could rate zero I would. Dishwasher less than 6 months old has stopped working. Called them under the guarantee, engineer due today, took the day off work, called to check the time and told they've rearranged for 30th July but no one has called me to do this! Asked to speak to a senior manager and told no one can talk to me! Like it or lump it basically. Asked for the name of the telephone adviser and his manager he wouldn't give it me!! Shocking customer service and shocking product.

Ho un frigo Beko fa due anni , pagato poco e funziona perfettamente.

Compre una lavadora BEKO hace 6 meses. Aun estando en garantía , la lavadora se estalla el ojo buey y se rompe la goma en un simple lavado con 4 prendas. Me encuentro la cocina inundada en agua, cristales por todos lados . Me dicen en atención al cliente que me van a hacer un favor arreglandomela. JAMAS COMPRARÉ MARCA BEKO

Lavavajillas Beko 6530 x al poco tiempo las cestas abiertas y oxidadas y los picos portaplatos rompiendose. Boton de Inicio roto dos veces con u uso normal. Lavadora Beko rota la manilla de apertura. Horno Beko roto el selector encendido ( arriba/ abajo) El frigo solo me ha dado el problema de una bandeja rota. Plasticos muy muy malos y poca resistencia
Conclusion buen precio y muy poca duración. Sin dudar no vuelvo a comprar.

Deludente molto scarso ho acquistato un frigorifero Beko con un sacco di problemi ma non è servito a niente ad allungare la garanzia nel tempo della garanzia l'assistenza sarà venuta 4 - 5 volte sostituendomi i pezzi e il frigorifero senza aver avuto un buon risultato pur dicendo di sostituirmi un'altro modello facsimile hanno aspettato che uscissi dalla garanzia per lasciandomi in difficoltà con un frigorifero pieno di problemi lo sconsiglio vivamente

Ho acquistato nel 2017 un frigorifero Beko. Da subito si è rotto il distributore del ghiaccio ed un cassetto del reparto freezer. Il tutto è stato cambiato in garanzia. Dopo due anni il frigo si è rotto nel senso che mi è stato sostituito il compressore spendendo la modica cifra di 380€. Due settimane fa il frigo si è bloccato di nuovo. L’assistenza deve ancora uscire e temo che sia ancora il compressore. Pessimo acquisto MAI più Beko !!!!!

Comprato un frigorifero 3 anni fa e giá si é rotto il motore e compressore !

Habe einen neuen Kühlschrank der Firma Beko gekauft, nach ein paar Tagen war klar der Kühlschrank ist kaputt. Nach 1 MONAT ohne Kühlschrank im Sommer kam dann mal jemand um sich diesen anzugucken. Festgestellt wurde er ist irreparabel und ein neuer muss geliefert werden. Nun warten wir wahrscheinlich wieder vier Wochen bis die ihren Hintern hoch bekommen und wir einen neuen Kühlschrank haben. Egal was für Angebote euch geboten werden, kauft keine Elektrogeräte dieser Firma! -1000 Sterne

How I wish I had read this. Appliance ordered for a new kitchen but then stored as Covid delayed the kitchen. When opened it was dented, broken and clearly damaged. Apparently this is not their problem as they don’t agree / follow trading standards guidance. Learn from my mistake and go to a company with better products and a customer service ethos

Frigorifero beko con un anno di vita, si guasta chiamo assistenza, viene e dice che è irriparabile, quindi sostituzione, la quale viene accettata dalla casa, ma non si vede nessun spiraglio, chiamo continuamente, sanno dire solo di avere un po' di pazienza perché, pensate, loro stessi mi riferiscono che non riescono ad avere risposta dalla loro logistica non si riesce a parlare con un responsabile la serietà di questo marchio è sotto lo zero, spero solo che con tutte le recensioni negative che hanno si facciano un bagno di umiltà e prendano provvedimenti per tutti noi "poveri clienti".

Lange lange warte zeiten bei einer Schaden.

Over 6 weeks ago our oven door exploded whilst shutting the door with our dinner inside it. The glass went everywhere even in our dinner. We rang the beko call centre which it's under warranty with and it took forever to get anyone to answer. When they did we gave them all the details including model number and serial number. They said it would take a couple of weeks for an engineer to come out and replace the door. So for 2 weeks we only had the hob and our slow cooker to cater for the 4 of us adults and our 20 month old daughter. 2 weeks went by and the engineer rang to get the model and serial number for the oven which as I said before we had done 2 weeks before. They said once the door delivers to them they will be out to fix it. Still waiting and no oven door to cook our food.

My new Beko washer dryer was faulty since new, it was replaced by Currys and the replacement has the same fault after 6 months. Engineer came on 9th June, l've been told that they need to order spare part which will be 2-3 days. Since then l am on the phone with them (today it was 2.5 hours wait) and they won't give me any answer only say that someone will call me. No one ever called!!! I am never going to buy any Beko appliance and so l do recommend to everyone!!!

The glass in my washing machine door exploded over 3 weeks ago, I had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to attend to take pictures which I already had offered to do myself and now waited over a week after the report for customer service to call me to offer me a replacement as acknowledged manufacturing fault! Had to call 6 times so far, each time being on hold ages and having to explain each time event though have a reference number. Today I was informed I have to wait for head office to contact me and don’t know when that will be, or how long I will still remain without a washing machine. Nightmare and no means of washing our clothes

nach 6 monaten hat die firma es geschafft ein einziges mal jemanden zur reparatur herzurufen, problem wurde nicht behoben und nun warte ich seit monaten auf einen zweiten reparaturversuch. falls dieser erneut ohne erfolg bleibt geht das ding zurück weswegen ich vermute, dass dies extra lange hinaus gezögert wird.
noch nie erlebt sowas, mangelhaftes produkt, service und alles was damit verbunden ist. nie wieder beko

Really happy with my Beko dryer, have previously had a Zanussi and can honestly say this is so much better. Dries super fast, and very even.
I've not had any contact with Beko so can't comment on customer service but the quality of the appliance is great!
