I can’t even tell you how rude and rubbish the customer service is, don’t even bother trying as you get nothing from them except put back on hold, I will never buy anything from them again

Don't buy beko. Washer broke 24 hrs ago and still haven't managed to get through to customer service.

Lavavajillas, en menos de dos años la bandeja inferior con los barrotes oxidados!. El Servicio técnico se lava las manos y no da solución. No recomendaría la marca en la vida.

Beko Machine has damaged my floor and cupboard because of long-standing leak that Beko refused to fix !
Beko is the worst service you can get ! They never reply their calls, they were rude to me over the phone telling me lies. CS full of people don’t even know how to read report, fabricating reports different from the engineer one just to escape providing services!
Stay away from this wired company.

Am liebsten null Sterne. Wie von den vorherigen Bewertungen haben auch wir die Erfahrung gemacht. Komplett unzuverlässig. Null einsichtig. Kühlschrank nach 1,5 Jahren kaputt, draußen 36 Grad, 24 Tage passiert nichts. Nie wieder diese Marke. Genau so behält man seine Kunden Nicht!

Pésimo pésimo pésimo el peor servicio con el que he tenido que tratar con diferencia no compréis nunca nada de la marca Beko acabo de denunciarlos a la OCU viendo que ellos no me dan solución ninguna después de un mes detrás de ellos. Todo lo de esta marca es una porqueria!!!

Eine Waschmaschine gekauft, diese brennt nach einem Jahr 2 Stecker durch, kein Service durch Beko, man wird noch unverschämt behandelt! Nie wieder, da hätte das ganze Haus abbrennen können!

I bought a new beko dryer from currys and took extra warranty its not worth the paper its wrote on as beko has to do the first 12 months i was ment to have a repair on the 12th aug and nobody turned up now its the 18th and thats me being told after calling to see what happened there coustoumer service is rubbish and i would advise you all before buying any beko product try other brands as i would give you the advice to stay clear as soon as moneys paid there not interested so thanks for reading and avoid the beko cowboys

Der Kühlschrank war nach 1 Jahr defekt der Kundendienst ist ne absolute Katastrophe.Nach 3Wochen mehren Telefonaten und einigen grauen Haaren mehr noch kein ende in Sicht.
Bei diesen Persönlichen Erfahrungen mit dem Kunden Service kann ich Beko in keinen Bereich eine Empfehlung geben.

Dopo 2 anni mi accorgo che il frigorifero sotto la porta e nello spazio tra frigorifero e congelatore e' completamente arrugginito (oltretutto non abito neanche al mare), chiamo l'assistenza che mi dice che non puo' fare niente perche' la garanzia e' scaduta da 20 giorni, come se la ruggine si sia formata in 20 giorni. Non riesco a capire come possa arrugginire un frigorifero di 2 anni pagato 450 euro ormai solamente da buttare. Purtroppo non si possono allegare foto. Mai piu' prodotti beko

Worst experience with beko.. Have a cooker that broke less then 5 mothns of having it.. They sent someone out to fix it to then using it first time after being fix for it to blow up,trip my electric and give my partner a little shock phoned them and they refused to send anyone out to then hang the phone up on me. I phoned back the nexted morning for them to say they can't get any one out for over a week I tried to explain that I have 4 very young children and no other means to cooking meals as no cooker at all.. For them to say sorry there's nothing we can do but book this date so i went a head and booked for him to then tell me that if they don't find a fault I would be charged £55 and left with no cooker..

azienda che in caso di guasti non risponde neanche alle PEC

Hace 6 meses que se me rompió el lavavajillas y aún no me lo han arreglado, ha venido el técnico tres veces a mi casa y es incapaz de darle solución. Pésimo no lo siguiente, Beko es una estafa
A la espera que me devuelvan el dinero, con denuncia en curso

Malisimo, no compréis frigorífico beko, no tiene un año y ya está dando problemas y el servcio técnico pésimo. No son capaces de decirte nada por teléfono y como no tengas la factura a la mano ya no has hecho nada

Nehmt euren Kühlschrank zurück! Der ist bei Inbetriebnahme kochend heiß an den Seiten und das soll normal sein. Kein Fach um Eiswürfel zu gefrieren.....An sowas zu sparen.....der letzte Mist. Ich will mein Geld zurück.
