Leider muss ich mich allen anderen hier anschließen, hätte ich nur vorher die Bewertungen gelesen!
BEKO Spülmaschine gekauft, nach drei Wochen kaputt und seit zwei Wochen Kämpfe ich für EINEN Reparaturservice!! Kundenservice nicht vorhanden!

Se me ha roto un frigorífico beko y llevo desde el 20 de agosto sin reponerlo, esperando que autoricen el cambio, 12 días y aun esperando que autorice Central. Pésimo servicio. No aconsejo compra de esta marca.

nie wieder. Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler von BEKO über KüchenQuelle. Nach zwei Jahren und acht Monaten Geschirrspüler kaputt. Service von BEKO hat am Tel gleich gesagt ca 300,00 Euro reparatur ohne das Gerät gesehen zu haben. Andere Werkstätten haben gleich abgesagt als sie den Namen gehört haben. Auf E-Mail keine Antwort

My washing machine has been faulty for almost a WEEK. I have spent hours every single day on hold and not getting though to anyone and then the line just cuts off!
I finally got through to, let’s say, a “man” who was so unhelpful and hung up the phone when I couldn’t find my warranty code.
No email, no live chat.
I actually can’t believe there are companies still like this!!! Utterly shameful.
I have a young baby, a mountain of washing and no one willing to help me.

I will never ever buy beko again purely because I now know if it’s broken, no one is going to help to get it repaired.

Absolutely appalling customer service. No words......i shall never buy another appliance from BEKO. Do not use this manufacturer 😡

Been on the phone much of the day listening to piped music. Beko hob broke after three days. After a long wait to be answered the Beko rep could not find the product with the serial number I provided them with. Terrible service and unreliable product. Soooo frustrating.

El servicio posventa no es que sea malo,es peor,que no se le ocurra comprar a nadie ningún aparato de la marca beko, si lo compra se arrepentira

Una truffa.
Acquistato una asciugatrice , chiesto il rimborso è da 1 anno che aspetto in più c’è stato il ritiro del prodotto .

Acquistato frigo il 24 gennaio 2020. Il 24 aprile apro la prima segnalazione : nel vano frigorifero la temperatura scende sotto lo 0 e ghiaccia il cibo. Viene il tecnico che mi consiglia di alzare la temperatura impostata. Dopo nemmeno un mese il problema si ripresenta (segnalazione del 20 maggio), il tecnico sostituisce ina scheda. Non passa nemmeno un mese, il 15 giugno 3°segnalazione. Il tecnico mi chiede i documenti di acquisto per la sostituzione del frigo. Da conversazioni telefoniche con il call center mi dicono che dovrebbe risolversi tutto nel giro di pochi giorni. Peccato che l'impiegata dell'assistenza si sia dimenticata di inoltrare la pratica di sostituzione. Finalmente il 24 luglio la sostituzione viene autorizzata ma, ad oggi 27 agosto, del mio nuovo frigo non ho ancora notizia. E quello attuale continua a ghiacciare dove non dovrebbe!!! Secondo voi, potrei mai
consigliare questa azienda a qualcuno per acquisto di elettrodomestici???

Ho acquistato un condizionatore si è rotto dopo 3 giorni . Non rispondono non dicono nulla sanno solo dire faremo sollecito . Sono quasi 2 mesi di nulla . Insomma una truffa. State lontani

Ni de coña vuelvo a comprar a Beko ..compre una secadora el 14 d mayo y se averió y paso incidencia el 4 d agosto ,hoy día 27 de agosto no Dios me sabe decir nada ni lo q tiene , ni dónde está ,ni cuando la voy a tener de vuelta ..el servicio d atención al cliente y el servicio técnico es malo pero malo ...nunca más ..voy aburrido d llamar para preguntar cómo está el tema ..y siempre la misma respuesta .....no sabemos nada estamos esperando al informe del técnico ....

Worst company ever engineer very rude and trys to take photos without consent and make up LIES about customers when not true soo angry all because they dont want to repair there appliances at all no respect for customers in future i will not be buying products from beko or any other company .afiliated with them absolitely disgusting my advice if buying beko products BEWARE

mi ritrovo perfettamente con tutte le recensioni lette.. uno schifo! Lavastoviglie acquistata 6 mesi fa utilizzata 4volte riaccesa dopo un mese NON FUNZIONA! l'assistenza imbarazzante! zero serietà e zero cura per il cliente! mai più un acquisto di questa marca! pratica 510984

Spülmaschine spült vom ersten Tag nicht sauber genug die Gläser. Nach 5 Monaten läuft Wasser aus der Spülmaschine oben an der Öffnung aus und sie schaltet sich alle 5 Minuten während des Programms ab. Zweimal waren Beko beauftragtes Unternehmen da, wie jedes mal an allen möglichen wird die Schuld gesucht, haben vom härtegrad des Wassers bis zur Quantum Tabs und der Küche alles beschuldigt nur die Spülmaschine würde in Ordnung sein. Ja genau die Einbauküche ist alt und deswegen würde die Spülmaschine nicht richtig spülen können, dabei waren schon zwei weitere Geräte vorher drinne und es gab nie welche Probleme. Die Spülmaschine würde sich abschalten weil angeblich die Küchenzeile arbeiten würde dabei bewegt sich keinen Millimeter nichts, alles ist im Wasser. die Spülmaschine wurde von einem Unternehmen fachmännisch installiert und ausgerichtet. der Techniker der kam der hat sich noch nicht mal die Spülmaschine angeschaut weil er weiß ja dass schon aus dem augenwinkel heraus woran es liegt ich solle mir doch eine neue Küche kaufen. Dabei ist die Küche im tadellosen Zustand.

Attempted to contact their lines, head office is closed, their customer service no make you wait 45min then cut off. I spent 10+hrs on this and has gotten no where.
I managed to get through twice, when asked specifically not to be put on hold or transfer, the operater did it with a laugh and did exactly that. This is disgraceful. Attempted contact, via email, phone, trust pilot review, all resulted in no response.

Icing on top, I am paying for a team Knowhow service and repair plan monthly, and they are refusing to fix as its manufacturer's warranty, but the manufacturer has a non-existing customer service.

Prodotto inaffidabile non acquistatelo più se non volete fregature. Per giunta non vi fidate del venditore Euronics. il quale vi propone una assicurazione di tutela guasti che è vergognosa. A me dopo due anni e tre mesi che ho acquistato il mio Beko, non funziona più ed è irreparabile. Euronics fa ancora peggio. dopo che si è incassato il premio assicurativodi 79 euro,oltre il costo del frigo, mi rimborsa solo la metà di quanto me lo ha fatto pagare. Una truffa studiata a tavolino per i cittadini onesti che si fidano di costoro, visto che ti fa credere che sei coperto da qualsiasi danno e alla fine ti ritrovi senza frigo dopo due anni e tre mesi

our double beko oven was bought on the 17th of february 2020 has gone wrong my wife had an electric shock off it before the main house trip went i an now left with no oven at all the oven has a major earth fault and if the oven master switch is turned on the oven becomes live and the house trips goes i have contacted beko who can not get to me for 10 days plus they have left our family of 7 young children with a dangerous appliance and we are unable to cook any food apart from microwave so thanks beko for your very poor customer service my next step is trading standards if you read this beko and want to sort my dangerous oven before someone is hurt please contact me 01579351202 shane (having had beko products for years i will never buy another)
