Great customer service experience - the return portal didn't allow me to make a return (error) and Lucy sorted everything out for me in less than 10 minutes

My refund was processed incorrectly, when I emailed customer service I was assisted very quickly by Lucy G who was very helpful, friendly and made the experience very seamless. Thanks to Lucy

Firstly, the pieces from BOA are beautifully cut, made from good-quality fabrics, and offered at such a great price point.

Secondly, their customer advisor, Lucy, was incredibly helpful. I didn’t receive the first-time purchase code despite trying to sign up multiple times through the website, but Lucy was very responsive and went out of her way to help resolve my query. It was such a pleasure dealing with her.

Overall, a great experience with both the brand and their customer service. I would definitely recommend BOA.

Despite providing proof of postage and tracking clearly showing items were received by these con artists, refund is being withheld. It’s a scam company. Do not use.

*Quality of clothing is substandard. Poor tailoring and cheap fabric.

Had a horrible experience with my purchase! Ive ordered 5 pieces. 3 pieces were shipped after writing their customer service multiple times. 2 items never arrived ( actually never been send!) then I requested to cancel my order. They did, however, it’s been 15 days since the cancellation and they still didn’t refund me.
Never again.

I’ve had the worst experience ordering with this brand. I ordered a dress in two different sizes. I first reached out to say I needed an extra two days to return my order (which is within consumer rights) only for them to say no and that I was outside the window and couldn’t return. I mailed them back as I was entitled to and refund took over two weeks. I just got notified that they are not refunding me the full amount as they noticed ‘wear’ on one of the dresses which is impossible as I tried both on only once before mailing back. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless you want a poor customer experience and not being able to get your money back for a brand new dress you returned.
