My tracking link didn't work, so I contacted support, and they replied within 10 minutes! Lucy was so helpful and made sure that I received my package in time. Lovely service!

Lucy is an absolute super star. My parcel arrived days earlier than I had expected and as no one was home for the weekend Evri left my parcel on my doorstep. After days of searching with neighbours it wasn’t found and Lucy was so kind to get my parcel re-ordered for me.

I encountered issue with the parcel and customer service was extremely helpful and quick in response. Huge respect for keeping such interaction with the customers.

The customer service from Lucy was so helpful! The dress I ordered was gorgeous however had slight damage to it, Lucy replied to my issues within the hour and sorted it out quickly! Definitely will be looking to buy from here again ❤️

Honestly, the quality isn’t that great, it’s all overpriced, sizing is off, and there is an extremely restrictive 14 day return policy to which they offer no exceptions. Better off purchasing from Revolve, Anthropologie, etc.

I got an issue with my delivery as my package was lost. Since I ordered a dress for an event and i wasn’t able to use due to the delivery, they were so kind to replace my item with a new one who arrived in time. Not all the Brands do that and are so available to help you with a similar request. I’m super happy with their service and Lucy was super sweet and kind, on top of that the quality of the products are amazing! Thank you so much!

I orders from them twice, sent everything back and was not impressed to be honest. The fit in some items is not great, the fabrics seem cheap and made most likely in a low income country, poorly made and then sold here at high prices. Not worth it. It all looks nice in the photos but the fabrics are cheap polyester.

The garments I bought were lovely, and everything was carefully packaged and shipped. Unfortunately, the size wasn’t right for me and I had some difficulties with the return label. Luckily, Lucy from customer service was extremely friendly and helpful, and she sorted everything out straight away.
