I had an issue with the returns portal…

I had an issue with the returns portal as this was my first time making a return.
I contacted customer service and was responded to by a very pleasant lady called Lucy. She could not have been more helpful and my problem was resolved in a minutes.
Top class!

I had a very good experience with…

I had a very good experience with Because of Alice customer service team. I initially ordered off of the UK website and was charged customs so the customer service team, in particular Lucy, sorted me out in no time and I received a refund very quickly. Then when I needed to return my dress, the website was down and so Lucy again helped me within 1 day, creating the returns label for me.
Thank you for everything.

Order arrived promptly

Order arrived promptly, despite the slight issue with the top button, customer service advisor Lucy was amazing. Offered me a new one without any hesitation and was brilliant when I explained the event had passed.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a few dresses for some weddings and unfortunately the package was lost… I contacted BOA for support & Lucy got in touch with me and provided excellent customer service, following the necessary steps to provide me with a replacement. Within days after protocol, she successfully shipped me my order. I’m now waiting for the package and am very pleased with their support. Thank you Lucy!

Lost Order - Customer Service

I had a great experience with customer service when dealing with a lost order. Lucy G. was sincere, apologetic, and immediately took steps to resolve the issue. She arranged a replacement right away and followed up to make sure everything was received. I really appreciated the prompt and thoughtful support.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered a two piece set I was planning to wear to my rehearsal dinner. It took forever to get to me, didn’t fit me so I returned for a smaller size. They then emailed me saying that the top I ordered and paid for was out of stock (even though it was still listed on their website) and they cancelled the top. so I said okay please just cancel my order I don’t need just the skirt. They still sent me the skirt while I was traveling for work, then I missed the return window, which is very short probably because tons of people return their poor quality items. I emailed explaining the situation saying it was supposed to be cancelled and asking if I could please return it (I was 1 day late) and they told me “it would not be fair to others” if they allowed me to return it. Do not buy from this website, revolve has excellent customer service and has made everything right when I have had an issue.

Lost return issue

I had an issue with a lost return so I emailed because of Alice support and I got a quick response back within the same day. I have emailed often in the past and I always receive a very quick and helpful response. This time I got through to Lucy she was very kind and friendly to talk to and she solved my problem straight away - thank you!

Awful

Awful - item I purchased 3 months again but hadnt worn clearly faulty - I emailed showing tag still attached but a tear from whe I tried it on (along the seam then the fabric) and they did't even try and retain me as a consumer their reply was '

I am terribly sorry to hear about the issue with your item! In terms of exchanging or refunding the item, our products do have a 30-day returns/warranty period. After this date has passed, we are unable to refund or replace the item.

If an item is faulty within 30 days of receiving the item we deem this a fault with the manufacturing of the item. After this period has passed we can not replace or refund the item.

UK consumer rights, is the item can be proved faulty in the first 6 months then a replacement should be provided.

Way to drive up your cost per acquisition and churn but also, very rubbish CS!!!!! Have a nice day.. literally a wet slap fish slapped in my face
