Very disappointed with my experience with Because of Alice.

I returned a dress simply because the size was too big. The dress was returned in perfect condition, with the original tag still attached, just a couple of days after I received it.

Despite this, I did not receive a full refund. A huge amount was deducted from my refund, but I was not properly informed what the issue was, why the deduction was made, or given any clear explanation for it.

I have asked the brand to provide clear photographs of the alleged marks and proof that the item shown is actually the dress I returned, but I have not been given a satisfactory explanation.

I find the whole return process extremely disappointing and feel that deductions from a refund should be clearly explained and supported with evidence.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be shopping with Because of Alice again. I expected much better customer service and transparency from the brand.

Lucy was very kind and attentive. She helped replace an item marked as “delivered” that had not arrived. I am grateful for her quick response and help with this matter.

Lucy was so amazing and resolved my issue within a couple of hours! It was such kind and prompt service.

I recently emailed BOA customer service for a return that I had an issue with, the response was very quick and Lucy helped me rectify the issue straight away which made things so much easier and would definitely encourage me to order more in the future knowing how easy it is if there are any issues with orders :)

I ordered a dress which arrived with a defect in it. I exchanged a few emails with Lucy who was very responsiveness and provided helpful options. I was very pleased with the service and the outcome.

Had issues with the returns portal which was resolved quite quickly by Lucy at customer services. Very helpful!

Always a great experience when shopping with BOA. Lucy from customer support was particularly helpful when my refund was taking a little long than usual to process. I emailed CS the details and within minutes Lucy had solved the whole issue and a refund was issued.

I have been a customer of BOA for a couple of times now and can say I had a very positive experience with them. They provide quality services all over, starting with the goods they sell to customer service, which I’ve recently used. My parcel has disappeared and Lucy G (a customer service advisor) has provided an impeccable service when sorting things out - she was quick, polite and pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend the company from any point of view.

I bought an absolutely beautiful dress for a wedding this weekend. Unfortunately, the zip on the dress broke while I was at the wedding, but lovely Lucy G from Customer Service came back to my email really quickly, was really understanding and offered to replace the dress free of charge. The replacement was ordered within a few hours of me first reaching out, and overall, I am really pleased. This is the best outcome I could have hoped for, so thank you again.

I purchased an item for my daughters birthday they don’t fit her and won’t change them because it has gone over 14 days
I will never use them again there are plenty better places to shop

£20 off my refund for a “perfume smell” on a dress I returned the day after it was delivered and then no response via email for over a month… awful avoid

Package Resolution
I received my first package from Because of Alice and I love the blazer/trousers. I did not receive the tank top with my shipment. However I reached out to customer service and Lucy G assisted me in getting the matter fixed. Her timely responses and solution focus helped get my tank top reordered and will arrive soon. Will definitely purchase more BoA items in the future.

I have just had the best customer experience with BOA. I ordered a dress that I would like to use as my wedding dress and even though the dress is beautiful and I love how it looks on me, it had a small (but noticeable) defect. I contacted customer care and Lucy was quick to provide a solution for me. I am very happy with the problem handling and will order again for sure! By the way the dress is beautiful and has an extremely good price-quality ratio.
