My order unfortunately got returned to BOA before it even reached me for some unknown reason. Sent an email to the team and Lucy has sorted it out for me! Super efficient, sweet, helpful and fast responding customer service! (She replies in seconds!!) Hard to come by great customer service these days, thanks again Lucy!

Very disappointing returns process. I paid $70 for the original shipping, $36 to return the item, and was then charged an additional $27 “return fee” — $133 total just to return an item. I understand the fee is mentioned in their policy, but charging it on top of the actual return postage feels excessive and unreasonable. Definitely something customers should be aware of before ordering.

First time ordering from BOA, I was looking for an elopement dress and the quality was gorge but unfortunately didn’t fit so had to return. Lucy was so helpful getting this organised and really quick at replying! Will defo order from here again xxx

My order went missing and I didn't receive it. However, the customer service I received from Lucy was excellent. She resolved the issue efficiently and was most helpful. A negative that turned into a positive!

Beautiful dress but i ordered a large (I wear a UK 10 normally) and the dress was TINY.

I tried the dress on once and then returned it immediately. I received no correspondence and realised that they had only returned £100 of the £150 I had paid. When i challenged this I was sent an image of a supposed 'rip' which appeared to be no more than a loose thread. Considering that i had the dress on for less that 2 minutes (undone) i would consider that more indicative of the dress quality than any wrong doing on my part. When I said this, the customer service assistant didnt even reply.

Lovely looking clothes but I could not recommend the company to others based on my experience.
