Awful customer service. Item delivered to the wrong address, dress was huge and fitted terribly. Company wouldn’t accept my return 2 days outside return policy (16 days) for a refund or store credit so I’m left with a dress I’ll never wear. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive.

Very quick and efficient and quick response from Lucy, amazing to deal with. Easy order and easy return, would recommend BOA.

Be careful of return costs!!!
I had ordered a dress arrived - too big. So I then sent for smaller size and sent the note back. They took £9.00 off my refund in return! Then other as sent that back too - the same!! They also promise refund in 5 days - try 2 weeks! Not pleased

I had an issue with my order after the delivery was delayed and the carrier was unable to help me, so I was honestly feeling very stressed. However, the customer service from Because of Alice was amazing throughout the entire process.

They offered me different solutions, and when I explained that I did not want a refund and preferred to receive the same items, they listened and arranged everything exactly as I requested. Lucy was especially kind, patient and helpful. She always stayed in touch and made a frustrating situation so much easier for me.

The clothes are also incredible, and I would absolutely order from Because of Alice again. I feel confident shopping with them knowing that their customer service genuinely cares and will do everything possible to find the right solution.

Ordered a dress, tried it on inside, didn’t fit so put it back in the packaging and returned the item. This company is claiming that there is a mark on the dress and have taken 10% off of my refund, I’ve disputed and vehemently deny this was made my me yet the poor customer service response is to quote the policy back at me. I challenged their treatment of customers fairly as a friend got a dress for free because they sent her the wrong one yet they’re taking money off me for soemthing I didn’t do and the dress is sellable.
Disgraceful and to now just ignore me isn’t good enough. Not worth the risk of ordering from them, the products are worth the money from a quality point of view.

I contacted BOA as I received the wrong sized order, they dealt with it really quickly and professionally. I spoke to Lucy and she was lovely throughout the whole thing and sent me out the correct size. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future as the clothing is fantastic quality.

Great customer service! Best I’ve had in a clothing brand. I ordered a dress for my wedding and when arrived it was faulty in a few areas. I had a quick response from the customer care team and Lucy was amazing! Quick communication, kind and empathic helping me to sort getting a dress without these issues!!

Returned a jacket that was poor quality, I was shocked as I’m a regular customer and usually love their items. I returned it and waited weeks and weeks for the return to be processed to them finally saying they will partially refund it because I had “worn it”. It was thin and looked tiny, it wouldn’t have even fitted over my arm. I am really unhappy and will not be buying anything else. I find it interesting how you can wear a jacket out with tags on and can’t even fit your arm in.

The return process I found quite confusing but the customer service was great at explaining over email and helping me get my returns done in time. Thank you Lucy!
