@pasquet60 même situation que vous après commande de plusieurs articles dont la livraison aurait dû être gratuite celle ci m’a été facturé , et puis plouf ! Plus rien nulle part pas de commande en cours dans la rubrique , plusieurs mails envoyé demandant une explication mais pas de réponse , j’ai donc été débité et malgres cela silence totale et pas de preuve de la commande mise à part le relevé sur le compte et l’imprimé écran effectué lors de l’achat … si quelqu’un a une solution

After some misunderstandings and a bit of a delay, the ordered item arrived regularly. And in the end, all's well that ends well.

I ordered a knife from Italy.
On a tuesday afternoon they sent me the shipping notification, the day after that I received another email stating the the delivery was scheduled for that very same day. I was surprised of such a fast shipping for outside Germany but I was still hopeful. At 2 pm on the same day the tracking stated that the package was delivered, yet nobody showed up. At my company we work with the same courier used (GLS) so I phoned my account manager and yet he told me that they had no shipping whatsoever under the tracking code provided. I tried to contact the seller on that very same day and the day after that, to no avail so far. This evening I will file a complaint with PayPal if nothing happens. Very bad feeling so far about the whole thing.

Mise à jour : Remboursement le 12/06/24 suite à cet avis, je rajoute une étoile mais c'est tout car même pas d'excuses de leur part.
Après validation du paiement pour une commande chez eux rien n'apparaissait dans la rubrique commande. Premier mail pour dire que je n'avais pas de suivi de commande. Réponse c'est normal ils ne trouvent pas de trace de commande. J'apporte la preuve de paiement avec un extrait bancaire, réponse ah oui nous avons bien trouvé votre paiement, du coup on me demande ce que j'ai voulu commander et de bien vouloir confirmer mes coordonnées. Depuis ce jour, plus de nouvelles à mes mails et j'attend ma commande depuis maintenant 25 jours (commande du 18 Mai) et je n'ai plus de nouvelles depuis le 23!

Früher habe ich dort gerne bestellt, doch wenn ich jetzt sehe wie Preise angezogen haben, dann wird mir einfach nur noch schlecht. Beispiel: Schwerter die man noch vor 3-4 Jahren für 600€ bekommen hat kosten jetzt auf einmal 1000€, obwohl es sich um das selbe Produkt handelt und sich die Qualität seit dem nicht verbessert hat. Natürlich sind die allgemeinen Kosten dank unserer glorreichen Regierung (🤮) für Energie, Transport usw. ebenfalls gestiegen und noch dazu die Inflation, dies muss man natürlich berücksichtigen, doch das rechtfertigt noch lange nicht diese Preise. Man kann es treiben aber auch übertreiben.

Ich habe mir ein Cold Steel AD10 Tanto bestellt und erhalten. Ich habe dann festgestellt das an dem Messer unterschiedliche Griffschalen verbaut wurden. Sowohl Farbe und Oberfläche sind völlig unterschiedlich was auch in keiner Beschreibung steht. Ich habe auch eindeutige Fotos gemacht. Trotzdem muss ich das Rückporto selbst zahlen. Nie wieder!!

Duidelijke website met goede maat vermelding. Snelle levering (ik heb wel in Duitsland laten leveren) en ontzettend mooie, degelijke kwaliteit. Helemaal blij mee

I can not find the shipping method so i can order and they are not answering by email to help me, they only answered ones and said to me that i can find it on their site it didn't help....

Awful. Box was empty when it arrived at FedEx. FedEx can’t deliver an empty box. I reached out half a dozen times and the replied twice. They haven’t replied to my emails in over a month. Said they were awaiting info from FedEx. I sent them invoices, etc. Horrible experience. Order items from someplace else. These people are thieves!

I ordered a sword and the delivery was very quickly, but it was in no good condition. There was rust on the blade and the handle didn't exactly look good either. My mail requests were completely ignored by the service.

The worst experience in a very long time. They sent the wrong item, failed to reply to emails, had to call them and after calling they agreed on a pick-up which never showed up. After that they never again replied to an email and banged down the phone in my face when I called them to inquire about what was wrong. Either absolutely incompetent or completely in bad faith. Do not buy from them.

They sent wrong items, I claimed the right ones and they answer freight is very expensive, so the best thing is me to keep (and pay) all the items. They didn't even offer a discount for the wrong items.

We received a piece of tent fabric that had had a very rough treatment during shipping, the cardboard box had been cut open with a knife which has made a scratch in the cotton tent itself.
Now; one month later and several attempts to contact the company, we have STILL NOT HEARD from the company, But they gladly let us pay €150,- for the transport

We have decided that it is time for this company to be contacted by the Ombudsman himself.

Articles de très bonne qualité et bonne finition. J'ai déjà fait 3 commandes et j'en suis satisfaite. Les prix ne sont pas excessif et un guide des tailles est très utile pour faire son choix. Sur l'une de mes commandes, un article était indisponible et m'a été rembourser. J'ai appelé battlemarchand pour savoir si je pouvais faire un remplacement. Ils ont été très compréhensif et m'ont vraiment aidé. Je ne parle pas bien anglais, mais ils ont tout fait pour le remplacement de ma commande. Je recommande vraiment ce site. Encore merci a vous.

Mostly good. I have previously had some problems with getting replies from them on inquiries, where they took a very very long time to reply. And on this they could, and should, do better.

On the one occasion where I have bought something from them I had no complaints whatsoever, I got the right product, at the right price, well packaged, in good condition and delivered on time. So based on that, I would probably buy from them again in the future.

I received an invoice about me paying what is owed for the tent I ordered. Now I have emailed them to try and receive information on the carrier and tracking info and have not gotten a reply. It is like pulling teeth. I want to know what the status of my order is and I cant seem to get any communication from them. All I have to say is If I do no get my tent by the end of this month to the the middle of next month I will be contacting whatever german dignitary there may be here in the US to report this. Customers are to be replied to in a timely manner with updates on their orders upon request. This is very very unprofessional. I do viking age leather work for a living and never treated my customers like this, and now that I can finally find a tent that is affordable and can use at events I don't get any communication is just sad.

After one previous order which was successful, I took my chances and ordered again.
This time Battle Merchant wrote the wrong post code. The result was my shipment being returned to sender, and I never received any word of it. Strangely enough they had made the wrong entry to the post code manually. After checking and double checking that I wasn’t the fault here, I politely contacted them. My order was correct.
Then they stopped replying, as so many other customers have experienced.
On top of this they NEVER REIMBURSED THE ORDER!
They literally stole my money. I never received neither the ordered products or my money back.
It’s been one year now, and all I get to remind me of this is daily spam and phishing emails in German ever since. This is the only German website that I ever gave my email to… STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER. This is in no way a serious seller.

I have ordered a sword with scabbard, a dagger with scabbard and a belt to hold the weapons.
I ordered Tuesday and the shipping was very fast, even with Covid 19 in 7 days my stuf arrived.
Nothing to say except for the dagger that is a bit chipped on the hilt pommel, but that's fine no problem, I don't want to send the stuff back.
For sure i will order again!
