This was my first experience ordering a battery from this or any other online company. It was easy to order through the website, and my battery arrived when it was supposed and in brand new condition. What more could one ask for?

The ease I the website was fantastic. I received my order quickly! I purchased two batteries for less than I could get one at Battery Joes!

This battery works perfectly for my HP Pavilion dv7. The battery life is a great improvement over what I had (be sure to follow the directions that come with the battery). And the best part- it arrived in 2 days. Very happy I made this purchase.

Everything involved with this transaction was great.

I bought a Fuji refurbished camera and the battery was expired and would not hold a charge. I turned to Batteryheads for a new battery and charger. I received both in a prompt manner; however, after charging the new battery with the new charger, no luck. It could be the camera... Not sure at this point... Would have given a five for quick shipping and customer service...

It's my first time using Batteryheads.com. My battery came on time but not to my house it came to the p.o. box. I was looking for it to come UPS. I did get my product by United Post Office, and it works fine. Their product is worthy of making another order in the future.
