Great product, great customer service
I was skeptical at first because the battery was so reasonably priced. I called the service department with a question and it took me a while to get over the shock that I was talking to a real person and she was very Knowledgeable and quickly answered my question. My battery came very quickly with free shipping. I am very happy with the product and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a battery.

Great service
Ordering was easy. 1 little problem. I ordered the right battery but was shipped something else. I contacted them and a replacement was on the way and a return shipping label was sent. Very fast, very easy. I was only delayed a week in getting the battery I ordered. I will order from them again and will recommend them to all. Thanks

The product does not match the information given on the site. It doesn't work for the camcorder they say it does.

Battery Review
I had to have a new laptop battery and hated the idea of ordering online. There are not many options and after researching this seemed to be a good source. It was easy to find the right battery and the price was good. It arrived very quickly with instructions on how.long to charge plus info on how.to get a longer life out of it. I got emails to notify me of the shipping progress. 5 stars!!
