This is the first time I have used the company. They were a referral from a family member. They had the battery I needed and it arrived within a few days of ordering. It is working great!

Please know that we did everything we could to get your order processed and shipped as quick as possible. For future online orders please keep the following in mind; when you buy a product that is shipped for Free, realize that the seller is going to use the most economical shipping method available. In most cases this means that the item will be shipped with USPS or by a Ground shipping method. This will usually take 5-8 business days to arrive at your door. We do offer express delivery and guaranteed delivery options on our site, but they aren't free and can be pretty expensive. We do try our best to get orders processed quickly and we try to use reliable shipping vendors but when we use Ground or USPS to ship it does take longer than when our customers specify FedEx.
We do appreciate your business and hope that the information above helps with future online orders regardless of which website your order from.

Wrong battery
They sent the wrong battery. I had to pay postage for return. They could not supply they correct battery, but did refund the purchase price but not return postage.

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your order and the returned product and found that you were sent the item that you ordered (a battery charger for the DMC-ZS20). As you mentioned in the note that you returned with your order, you have the DMC-ZS40 and the battery charger that you ordered won't charge the battery for your camera. This is correct as the two cameras use a different battery and battery charger. To be fair, if we had sent you a battery charger that was different than what you had ordered, or if the battery charger that you received was defective, we would have paid for the return shipping for that unit. Since the wrong charger was ordered, and we had no way of knowing that your camera was different than the camera model listed on the ad, the return shipping for that order is your responsibility. We did issue a full refund for the order in a timely manner and appreciate your return of the product and all associated accessories.
Charger was great but there was a problem with shipping
I purchased a charger for my daughters Nikon Coolpix S4000 camera and am very happy with it. The problem I encountered was with the shipping. I ordered the camera charger on Mon. 4/18 and paid $ 9.05 for 2-day USPS priority mail. My daughter wanted to use her camera for her senior Prom on Sat. 4/23 so I thought using 2 day mail would be better than taking a chance on regular mail. When I didn't receive the charger by Wednesday I ask my mailman and he wasn't sure why I didn't have it yet but I waited, still did not get it Thursday. I finally received the charger on Friday 4/22 which was 4 days and the envelope did not say 2 day priority mail it was sent 1st class mail instead. So where I did get the charger when I needed it I was not happy about paying for 2 day mail and getting it 4 days later. Again I want to say that I am very satisfied with the charger it works great.

Thank you for the review. We apologize for the mix-up on the shipping method. We looked through our postage logs and sure enough we goofed! We have credited back your shipping fees for this order. If you don't get what you paid for you should have to pay. We will be making a couple of adjustments to our system that will hopefully avoid this problem in the future.
