L'app ne reconnaît pas mes credentials alors que sur le site web via mon laptop je me connecte sans problème. Money was unjustly withdrawn from my B4B-account by NationWide bank in Windsor. I contacted the Compliance team and they would raise a chargeback. So far no result yet Ref:188721

Pre-Payment Cards - fantastic Service, great way to manage refunds and incredibly easy & simple!
Everyone at B4B has been fantatsic from the time we requested information to implementation. Due to Council procedures and sign offs, it took nearly a year to get up and running, our contact Martin was incredibly patient, checking in at regular intervals but with no pressure, the service was brilliant. Since using the system and pre-payment cards we are already having success stories. Having learners being able to turn up for Exams when they simply could not have before. The ability to reimburse and load the cards instantly really does have a huge impact for our learners. It has also saved a lot of time as we simply log on, select the card and load; there is no full process to go through, no approvals and no delay in payments. As an Adult College supporting learners to improve their everyday skills, this also enable learners to use a card payment system when they may not have the facilities to do so otherwise due to their circumstances. All round it has been, for us, revolutionary and has had such a positive impact!
