Ive been trying to verify and have been…

Ive been trying to verify and have been having issues everytime. At this point its ridiculous. And I don't see the point in having no email to contact support with especially since offerings are being catered to persons outside in different regions. Ive been trying to verify using my ID since I first transferred the funds over to the card. I do not understand how my face and id doesn't match 😐 my face matches the pictures on the documents all received from my country. Please fix it.

The application does not work

The application does not work. Waste of time. Spending days to verify my identity is UNACCEPTABLE. They just want you to download countless APPs so they can spam you.

The verification process is highly…

The verification process is highly egregious. I used my passport and was still not able to verify myself. All I received were bounce backs and a continuous loop. It appears I'm too DARK to be verified.

Before YOU use them, make SURE it is NECESSARY

With all the entities for lack of a better word, stealing and LOSING our information, this trashy outfit acted as if I was REQUIRED to confirm my IDENTITY to use a gift card I earned. Of course, they couldn't verify me - my iphone wasn't good enough. I did NOT have to verify anything, my gift card works fine. Now, I cannot get them to STOP emailing ME.

Depuis le changement d'application

Depuis le changement d'application, B4B n'est plus aussi facile à gérer. Appeler un conseiller et attendre plus de 20 minutes avec une musique pourrie ce n'est pas génial. J'ai demandé un service que je pouvais gérer en instantané avant, il faut attendre +10 jours que ce soit mis en place et même pas un suivi de la demande. Je change de banque

Virtual cards you can't use

Virtual cards you can't use, and customer services who can't tell you why.
I got a virtual card issued for a refund, but the card declines wherever it's used. Apparently the company who issued the refund put restrictions on how/where I use the card, but they can't tell me what the restrictions are.
So b4b have my money, and I have no way to use it.
