I try to log in to the app and it says my credentials are wrong even though it is right. I ask to reset the password and the email never arrived. Difficult to contact because the only channel is the phone, which is impossible for me because I am Brazilian. I received the card as payment for PrizeShark and cannot enjoy it.
I hope someone from the company contacts me by email as I do not speak English.

My name is Alan Ritchie
I have just spoken with one of your advisors 15 mins ago.The reason for this was I have been awarded £320 on a credit card as compensation from delta airlines.
When I discussed this with the advisor he told me I would be receiving 32 cards with £10 credit on each.
This is certainly not what I was expecting so I asked for
one card with £320 credit.What am I supposed to do with 32 cards then the advisor cut me off.

Tried 3 times to verify ID, I am not comfortable with uploading my passport or Drivers license, this is not necessary to activate a card I already had, After failing at the log in, I went back into my account, and somehow my card became active and I am now able to access the funds deposited in my card. Such a useless and unnecessary system that didn't work anyways.

Quel bazard ... Impossible de valider mon paiement, je reçois un sms me disant de me connecter sur le site, je me connecte sur le site, sur mon compte, et rien. Je n'ai pas de demande de confirmation pour mon paiement. Déjà qu'on ne peut pas cumuler plusieurs cartes sur le même compte ...

Its a right faff trying to get a card issued, even though there is credit on the card.
The images sent were clear and precise yet twice the system was unable to verify my identity.

I recently received several Delta Airlines gift cards and attempted to create an account using one of them. Despite entering the correct 9-digit number and following the registration process, I am unable to complete it because the SMS PIN required for verification never arrives.
To make matters worse, the chatbot on the bottom right of the screen is inactive, and there is no email provided for customer support—only an email for complaints. This leaves me with no way to get assistance for this issue.
Please contact me directly to resolve this problem. Without proper support, the gift cards are unusable. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of accessible customer service.

AGAIN, CONSULTANTS CANNOT HELP ME, EVERY TIME I GET A NEW CARD I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ITS ACTIVATION. CONSULTANTS ARE INCOMPETENT.
ONCE THERE WAS A WOMAN FROM POLAND WHO SOLVED THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. Got a refund through Fitbit and have a virtual card which I have no access, called customer services 5 times, last one I was assured I would receive a txt message in 2 hours to sort it out, never received.
