Ben arrived today at the exact time he had rang to advise us, to view and fix an issue with our hot tub. A Very polite, friendly and efficient guy. He gave a thorough check all round and located the issue very quickly. He explained his findings and what was needed to resolve the problem and carried out the work there and then. Thank you Ben. Highly recommended.

We booked a service and the experience was great. Our hot tub is pretty old and had a few problems, but our engineer (Kieran) was very friendly, honest and super helpful, with all the knowledge and parts needed to solve the problems.

Kieran came to repair (broken pump) and service our hot tub. He arrived on time and soon assessed the problem. He informed us to what needed to be replaced and what problems may occur, fortunately these didn’t occur. He serviced and cleaned the hot tub and can’t wait for it to heat up and start using again. Kieran was polite, informative and would have him back anytime to service/ repair our hot tub. Many thanks.

Kieran came to service my hot tub today. He did a very thorough job and was totally charming and helpful.

Kieran arrived first thing in the morning, was friendly and very helpful in giving one or two tips where the tub was concerned. He was also kind enough to say that if I have any concerns, simply get back in touch.

Kieran came to sort out our hot tub which has been off for a considerable amount of time. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and got the tub up and running and sparkling for us. I have now Owned my Arctic Spas tub for 9 years. Apart from an initial hiccup when new (all fixed promptly under the warranty) It has been pretty faultless during that time and is working as well now, as the time it was delivered and installed. The quality has been amazing. The team at Hartlebury have been brilliant. They have been able to give me advice and support during my ownership. Without doubt, Arctic Spas offer the most advanced, lowest maintanence and reliable tubs on the market today. Easy access all round, not filled with useless foam, easy to move around, the tech list goes on and on. Don't get me started on Spa boy! Silly name but the best thing since sliced bread! No more worrying about chemicals and levels, it is truly amazing! Why would you have anything else? My latest visit was just for salt and as usual, I was greeted by Clare who is truly an asset, we had a nice chat and I made my purchase. No hard sell, just sound advice. I am currently thinking about upgrading to a swim spa, when I feel the time is right, I will be returning the the only people I trust, with the best products. Been dealing with the Warrington showroom and direct with Head Office since we moved into our new house 2 years ago. Was fully serviced following neglect by the previous owner and very happy. Technicians were very knowledgeable and always on time. Sales also very helpful.
At the first visit it was identified that the tub was inaccessible on 3 sides due to its position and that 2 engineers were required to pull it out if access was needed. Going forward at service calls/water changes, it was identified how many engineers were required for each calls by technical/appointment maker/me.
The most recent visit (March 26) to replace a probe that was causing high chlorine, resulted in a single engineer being sent - the appointment was aborted and re-scheduled. The engineer did tell me that he knew two engineers would be required before he travelled so should really have re-arranged.
Unfortunately, to schedule another visit they wanted to charge an additional call out and travelling fee of £156 which I disputed - was basically told by the Director that 99% of their service appointments only need one engineer and it wasn’t up to them to know that two engineers were required! He disputed my version of events (even though I have all the email threads) and fully refunded the cost of the new probe plus the call out fee (£416) “rather than drag it out”.
I explained my position and offered to pay for a 2nd visit with two engineers (£516) to get the problem sorted but was told we should go our separate ways!
I’m now left with a hot tub that was bought from one of their retail outlets that they’re refusing to service. Terrible service.
AVOID this company.

Kieran and Ben kept us informed in their expected arrival. They were very respectful of our property. Helpful and informative. Removed all packaging for disposal. Excellent service.

We had our spa serviced recently by Heath who was clearly knowledgeable very helpful and professional. Answered our questions and gave us great advice going forward. The office staff are also very helpful Lisa and John, thank you!

Heath and Sam were efficient. The new cover is much lighter and therefore easier to manage.

Easy purchase from start to finish, David sorted out our needs efficiently and kindly checked our installation site was suitable.
Kieran and Ben installation team arrived early and did a cracking job.
Now we wait to see how this quality product fares….

Fantastic service from Arctic. Massive shout out to Heath and Sam who were amazing during installation and super speedy in coming to fix any teething problems. Can’t recommend enough!

Every time I need any help, advice or as in today a service for my Arctic Spa the team are great. Always helpful on the phone, and Kieran who came to service the Spa today was excellent as usual. Great Spa’s highly recommended and the service is fantastic.

Heath & Ben made good on a repair that was required and provided support on chemical testing and levels whilst on site. This is now the second time I’ve met Heath always very professional and helpful

Heath was the engineer who came out to us when our Lunar packed up at 10 months old.
It took him nearly three hours to
Identify and fix the problem and his tenacity was awesome. 11/10 to Heath Thankyou.
My only gripe was having to pay an £86 call out charge for a warrenty job.
10/10 overall due to Heath getting 11/10.
