On my initial attempt to contact the warranty team I was informed that the waiting time was 1 minute. However I hung up after 10 of being on hold. On the second attempt I was informed the waiting time was 32 minutes so I opted for a call back.
I received the call back from Charlie and he dealt with problem professionally and competently. He asked me quite a few questions about symptoms and access to the shower unit. He then confirmed that the unit was still covered by warranty and explained that the booking team will be in contact.
In summary, disappointing that I couldn’t get through initially but very happy with the call back and response from Charlie.

I had a brand-new shower installed which didn't work after two days. This was a top of the range shower. The engineer that came to do the repair informed me that there was insufficient pressure in my apartment for that shower. And at no point was that pointed out to me when the original installer, from Aqualisa, came to install it And nor was it mentioned as a requirement when I bought it direct from Aqualisa when speaking to somebody in person. It is now taking a great deal of hassle to get the situation resolved and nobody seems to be bothered except me. I would Never buy from Aqualisa again, and I would recommend anybody and everybody not to do so either. Terrible service.its 10 days since I first flagged this problem. If you contact them via chat box, nobody is there. If you try to phone them, you are waiting at least 40 minutes simply to get through to another dept, which hands you through to another dept and so on. It's ridiculous.

The service we received from Aqualisa was fantastic. We reported an issue with our shower controller to the service center yesterday and the very next day an engineer was on site to replace the problematic controller. All covered under the guarantee. We followed the normal process and asked for no special treatment. So nice when it just works. Well done to the Aqualisa Service Team.

Booked a repair with Molly under warranty and engineer did not turn up on 22/9/26.
Call back on day of engineer from Sara to say visit from engineer would not take place until 18 days time. Told that I could take it or leave it despite being 78 years old and not having any hot water for a shower.

Excellent service from start to finish. From customer service to the repair, the communication and care were exceptional.
A special thank you to Tony, the engineer, who was punctual, polite, kind and extremely efficient. He gave me notice before arriving and worked incredibly hard to resolve both issues with my shower.

Phoned customer service as I have a problem with my shower. When my call was answered I was told I was 100 + in the queue andIcould hang up and they would call me back which yhey did.Was very pleased to be told I had a month left on my warranty. I spoke to 2 people who were very helpful and polite. I was very pleased with the help I got.

I initially rang some days ago and was told the wait time was 68 minutes. I put the phone down. On my attempt to ring today, I was told the wait was 4 minutes. Shortly after I was told the wait was 6 minutes. I then opted to use your ring back option, which worked very well.

My original email didn’t get a response and the resulting call time on hold was too long before the offer of a call back. Once engaged your staff were very helpful and we opted for a full replacement after 20 years!
