Hilliard, Ohio is great! The seating area is always clean. Its been a long time since my mom has been to the movies and she loved the new seating! Theatre seats are awesome, just like being at home lol The concession stand prices are still steep, but that’s everywhere. They should lower the prices during the day as they do for tickets.
Overall, the experience at this particular place is great

Im an amc stub member i like everything except their online support. You're supposed to get a free large popcorn and drink during your birthday month. Went during said month and got the items but had to purchase it. When i contacted customer support they said they couldnt help and to wait until next year or take it up with the theater itself.

OK I have to admitt that I'm an Stubs Premiere member and at AMC theatres 4-5 times a month. BUT their website is just TRASH. A little over a year ago, they had a very functional site (which worked great), BUT that had to change to something more flashy (requiring vastly more server bandwidth). So the site slowed down to a crawl. Now as AMC started to market a new product (A-List), the activity in the site went up and up. (While response speed went down and down.)
Customers who were trying to BUY movie tickets on line were unable to even get to see the showtimes, and were completely locked out of payment processing. This has been going on for several weeks. Committed customers were forced to go to Fandango to get their online AMC tickets.
This is the corporate equivalent of committing suicide.

Get a null error. No tech support number, just have to wait days to get an issue that takes minutes to resolve. GG.

Dine in theater was great!
The dine in theater was a great experience for us while on vacation. Reasonably priced and the server was helpful and you would think it would be distracting while trying to watch a movie but they are very good at what they do! We will definitely go back and find one closer to home as well!
