As the sun riseth and runs its course from day to day, so the customer service department at AMC + arises with fierce tenacity to deny its customer base even a mere morsel of helpfulness - and so the department continues in steadfastness extinguishing the faith of its customer base from day to day.
For thou signed up for a 1 month trial to obtain a free trial, innocently I knew not the treacherous dismay and disappointment that await thou over months coursing with great distrust in AMC +.
Swiftly my free trial converted its soul to become an annual subscription with annual fee paid up-front. What other company doth operate in such a manner I bespeak to thee? Quite possibly none other than the mafia...and AMC +. Upon request to have this fee extracted from thou financial shambles, I was dismayed to be denied such a reasonable inquiry. Thankfully, the crooks granted this poor soul a conversion of annual subscription back to monthly with the expectation that one month’s fees would be lost, but enough coin should remain in purse to offer the paupers in mine cupboard enough crumb and water to sustain the bleak harvest. The plan would stand: cancel such a utterly useless account after the conversion had undergone the fullness of its transformation. A simple step thee presume? Nay I and all the gods bespeech thee. 5 months of piercing fees hit thou prepubescently developed bank account, draining the the King’s servant of the lifeblood needed to exchange coin for bread in market. And after correspondence upon correspondence help fledeth from this poor soul to the far reaches of the earth’s four distant corners.
In summation, thine request for a full refund was denied on the grounds of not being within the “refundeth policy”. thou beggeth thee AMC + to reviseth the refund policies which as they standeth rain injustice and degradation upon the earth.

They tried to change my monthly to yearly. They lost a customer and the 90 bucks they tried to get from me. This was amcplus, but same difference.

Just finished watching 5 seasons of better call Saul, did not realize there was a season 6. You want me to pay $30. Time to get rid of my extra channel amc

I only gave 1 star because I HAD to , in order to leave a review. All the emails to get support or help with a refund is bogus . The phone numbers to call and get help with a refund are a joke ! Not 1 source of contacting AMC has been successful . They just keep your money and you can’t speak to an actual person . I will never get a AMC gift card again nor do I recommend anyone else getting one either .

The worst experience ever.! They charge my account on authorized by the way absolutely no way to contact them except through email requested cancellation over and over and they kept sending me the same message in which I was not able to cancel through them have to dispute charge with bank and cancel card to stop payments from going through, never will. I do this again. They don’t not deserve even a one star.

Same experience.Billed me for a year with no notice.When I canceled they said ok your canceled after your prepaid year.NO refunds.It took me 3 emails to even get a response.the first 2 where just chat bot FAQ BS.Even if there’s some fine print somewhere this is totally unethical.Given their weak programming and mercenary policy’s they won’t last.I wish them the worst

Very disappointed we sat for 32 minutes a start time of 1:15 actually started at 1:45 Jurassic park dominion. Wasted a half an hour on stupid previews! Movie was 2 hours 26 minutes on it own.

Horrible!!! Can't even go past 2 episodes on a show because of a distorted picture...can't see or hear anything! The constant commercials that are few minutes long are annoying too

I would give AMC a complete 0 stars if it was possible. They lock you out of pre made accounts but seem to have no problem taking out payments for a whole year of service they will not provide. I will never use this horrible and corrupt streaming service again.

Twice my wife and I tried to go see Dog At the Manteca Ca AMC theater an hour away and both times we were told it was cancelled between the time we left home and the time we arrived at the theater and all we got was Sorry!!! Won't ever waste my time going to an AMC theater again!!!!!!!

I signed up for a free 7 day trial. When I tried to cancel, the website gives me an error. Their customer service is non-existant,

Bathrooms were dirty and there was no toilet paper in any stalls!

Tried few hours trial and canceled subscription(AMC PLUS). But they still trying to charge me. No one answers in support tickets.

Worst movie experience ever! I’m trying to call but no answer, just recording saying too busy to give a shiz. The times are wrong on the internet and they won’t even answer the phone to help, u go to the theater with family only to find out the time is wrong. So we had to choose another movie. Sat through 20 minutes of ads and previews (NOT appropriate for little kids!). Finally when the movie started, none of the kids were entertained and all were horrified and confused when they saw superhero men kissing each other! We left but what a waste of $70! One small apple juice - $20!?! I remember when movies were entertaining and fun, and didn’t cost an arm, leg & soul! What’s going on in this industry?! We will NEVER be going to AMC or spending time and money for this entertainment industry anymore. I’ll be watching what they’re being shown. The wokeness of these times is an abomination! Our kids are pure and innocent and don’t need to be scared by horror movie previews neither uncomfortable and confused while superhero’s exhibit behaviors that are not appropriate.

No cash transactions
Charge got Masks if you forget yours in the car
Many employees standing around doing nothing Friday 1pm no other customers in lobby. 4 employees in lobby and 3 at concessions. And yet no one greeted us, was even remotely friendly or helpful. Only appeared when it seemed there could be a mask issue. When did a movie theater start to act like the drivers license bureau? Hey AMC, we have other options. We used to be A-Listers but we won’t be back.

Looked forward to AMC PLUS ever since I saw it advertised on Pluto tv and I signed up for a free trial. Film quality was like an eighties videotape that's been viewed too much. Picture was very dark and movie kept skipping like a scratched record. Then I tried to cancel and it took me over free trial limit but I guess I cancelled successfully because I got an email. Really do not recommend.

Terrible company. Shut down PREMIERE in the middle of my subscription and want me to now buy PLUS for more than double the money. They are greedy

Wonderful service and Stu and Ste were brilliant with the delivery. They were so helpful to an old lady like myself. Five stars all around amc
