I like going to the movies and I generally like it there so I bought the amc stubs. Seems like a good deal. 3 movies a week for 25$. Hard to beat. But I recently became unable to go to the theaters as often so I canceled it and they charged me $50 for canceling my membership. Going to the theaters is great but don't get amcstubs.

Finally flew over from England. Didnt want to do much apart from sit around in my shorts and perhaps visit the citadel.... but my 4/6 year old niece/ nephew had other plans.
we were playing with crayons at night ( they love them as much as i do) and they both asked if we could go to the zoo? i figured hey, why not see what American bears and bulls look like. it will tire them out and we can spent the night watching netflix.

But the little monkeys had come up with a plan, they waited till we go to the best section, The Silverback Ape exhibit ( Handsome fella, by the name of Aron) they asked if we could go to AMC and watch the Mother of all films. King Kong vs some lizard fella( kenny or something)

Had no problems finding any parking at AMC Lancashire, the car park was vast, i was impressed to see an 18 wheeler full of bananas making a u-turn right next to a lambo.

The concession was well stocked and the little chimps thought me how to tip correctly for the excellent service we receiced from Trey.

The screen was amazing the room big enough to perhaps fit one of R. Bransons moon rockets.

It was also very clean...i felt bad i would dirty the floor with my boots, a bit like when Neil Armstrong left that print on the moon.

Well i think i covered everything, Its been an awesome journey, i hope that the SEC,i send this, will wake up and realise the dream is reality.

We have been loyal customers prior to, through, and since the pandemic. Sadly, AMC has not been loyal to us. We have rewards available, but are unable to use them. I send emails and get an automatic response to which I cannot respond. Time to look for other avenues. They never had the human touch, but now they don't even have an automatic algorithm to respond correctly. Seriously BAD SERVICE.

Should be 0stars. Advertising Season 10 The Walking Dead now on AMC+. So I ordered it and it's not there after I was charged the monthly price. Theyre saying it was an encore showing and now gone from the line up. False advertising and they know it. They dont even have a customer service real person phone number to contact. Just smile and cut your losses I suppose

I can't believe that this cable channel has not only approved, but marketed a new show called "Kevin go ....yourself". This is the most disgusting thing I have seen and will NEVER watch anything on AMC again and will let everyone I know hear about what they are doing. No morals, no scruples. No responsibility.
OMG as I tried to submit this the software wouldn't even allow me to send this. Yet it is being broadcast on national TV.

If I could give zero stars, I would. AMC's prices are beyond ridiculous! My friend and I went to see a movie, where the recliner was broken... not the first time... and the manager, if you can call her that couldn't make time to address her waiting customers. My friend had a partial balance left on a gift card and her Stub's card but for 2 SMALL popcorns and 2 MEDIUM drinks, it was $32!!! What?? Two stale popcorns that take cost next to nothing to produce were $8+. I could have a steak dinner for that! On top of that, I let them know at the beginning of the movie that the volume was so low we could barely hear it. The guy I talked to could not have cared less and literally pointed me to the manager. The manger was a guy and a girl leaning on their desk talking and when I approached them they acted as if I was bothering them. Business is down due to Covid... perhaps you should pride yourselves on customer service going forward! My business goes to Cinemark. Very reasonable prices, better service, better theater experience in general! Their recliners are bigger, longer and more comfortable. My feet don't hang off the end. If their is a broken one, which happened once, they apologized, and gave my friend a free ticket for her trouble. THAT is how you treat a customer! Adjust your prices AMC... they are ridiculous!

Unfortunately I hate to write a bad review, I honestly never give a review but I feel I have to.

A very uncomfortable moment for my daughter and my self at AMC in north haven CT
My daughter was leaving the movie theater as I was still sitting inside , she's a 14 year old girl , while she was walking out to the entrance a AMC employee began talking to my daughter mind you he was a older gentleman , my daughter had a pink shirt on that says she stubborn across her chest this employee felt the need to stop my little girl and ask her if she was stubborn and proceeded to engage in a conversation with my 14 year old child , mind you this a child my child, I was furious to see a older gentleman engaging in a conversation with my child, I stood calm and walked away with my kid . I went to the box office got a manager , and explained to him my concerns with this interaction , to my surprise he already knew which gentleman I was referring , and wasn't surprised, which made me even more upset , he told me yes this gentleman was overly friendly and this wasn't his first issue which that said employee, my question to AMC is this the kinda establishment that allows older gentleman to stop 14 year little girls and engage in conversation when a parent is not around , ??? I got the managers name and GM name gave him my email and phone number and requested that someone reach out to me regarding this , and yet got no email or phone call , so since no one reached out to about our experience , I'll write to honest and true review , the sad part is I'm a frequent movie viewer even through this pandemic , sad to say I'll have to pick a new movie theater to attend

Truly great service, bit sad to see people dragging the name through the mud based on battles in the stock market! AMC will shortly be on a strong uprise again due to great customer service and happy returning customers!

AMC might have been shaking before, they are trying to do the best they can, I know that there is future ahead, I hope a partnership with AMAZON would happen, imagine going to your LOCAL AMC to watch series instead of movies? and making it weeks events, people getting together again after COVID!!! I know you will, that is why I am investing in you!!! me and many other traders we believe in you!!!

Probably the best movie experience I’ve ever had has been at an AMC, I like their stock.

Would give no stars if possable. Wont let you use with out having a tv provider. So why make an app that you pay for subscription?

What a rubbish channel. Now cancelled my whole TV package. Unwatchable due to the ridiculous banner across the top of the screen and crazy number of adverts.
Absolute tosh.

Worst tv ever. They will never let you watch a series. They will just cancel it and start with a new "promising one" until they cancel that one too and then start with a new one, cancel it, start with....You get the idea. You can never see the end of anything. Just not worth the time... AMC, finish what you have started for once!

Haven’t been back since COVID. I purchased the refillable popcorn bucket used it 4 times and paid $21 and movie theaters just opened with old movies locally 3 weeks ago. Was a huge waste of my money and the last time I used it they had to take bags of popcorn to have me put the popcorn in the bucket myself then throw the bags away. 😩
Very disappointed...

So this is supposed to be some Halloween fest. What a joke! All that's been on this channel this week and last week was the same old movies over and over and over again.You know we have more than Michael myers and walking dead. Yall have no clue on how to do a halloween fest. Trash channel

You are one of the reasons the US is suffering economically! STOP requiring face masks! We don’t live in a sterile hospital! My entire family and I are boycotting all companies that make it an absolute requirement to wear a mask. I guess you’re pandering to the 20% of Americans that love this sterile society – well good luck with that! Let us know when you decide to market to the other 80% of Americans who HATE this new crippling movement you’re part of!

Apart from not have the best tv series and overplaying what they have, they should leave their political beliefs aside. It's disgusting for American companies to support racist anti-american political movements like BLM and others. I'm here to watch good entertainment not hear your misguided political beliefs.
