Amazon Japan Recenzje 

I am located in Italy, and the Japanese bookstore I used to buy from stopped shipping overseas, while Japan Post raised their shipping rates, so I decided to use Amazon Japan though I'm not a fan of Amazon in general (I think we should support small businesses).

The shipping was very fast (It took only 3 days from Japan to Italy), but I was shocked to find that the 3 books I bought had been shipped without much protection, so they could have been easily damaged. Usually everything I buy from Japan is super protected with cardboard and bubble-wrap... but not Amazon Japan!

I was lucky that that the packet was well handled by the courier, but it was really a matter of luck. So keep it in mind if you buy delicate items...

They literally will not post items in a way that the items don't get damaged in transit. Every single time. Then you either have to accept it or mess about paying return postage and having to repurchase items for more money.

I have had great experience with Amazon USA, easy returns.

I decided to import a product on Amazon Japan and the shipping to me was done well enough. When I received the item it was broken. I sent an email to Amazon and they asked to do drop shipping. I assumed it would be a simple task, but I sure was wrong.

While on Amazon USA, you just drop off an item at the UPS, Amazon Japan wants you to pay out of your pocket for the shipment. I was fine and thought it would be reasonable. I just lost my job because of Covid, not too much spare money (this was a pre-order item from before the pandemic), I was shocked to find out they were charging me over 280 dollars to ship it back while Amazon Japan only wanted to refund me 120 dollars.

Of course I emailed them back and explained my situation. All Amazon Japan did was delay the shipment back but still expects me to pay to ship an item they sent broken out of my own pocket. Later they budged and increased the payout (still not enough to cover it) but made up lies that there is a glitch in their computer that wouldn't let them cover the full shipment. Imagine that. How convenient.

Now they've basically stopped answering my emails and have told me to pay up the shipment back or pay full price for the broken device they sent.

Amazon Japan is ran like garbage, don't trust them.

I was skeptical of purchasing, but my friends assured me that I would definitely have a pleasant experience. And I'm glad that I trusted them and went ahead. Their service was amazing and the shipping was really fast and hassle free. I'll be looking forward to more purchases from them.

I have shopped at Amazon.com, .uk, .de, .se, but amazon.co.jp is so far the best.

Placed an order during weekend, got a notification to fix my card info on Sunday night, and the parcel was immediately shipped out on Monday morning. Received the product on Wednesday at 11:00am in Sweden!
I'm super satisfied with their service (and thank you DHL)!

Packages take under a week to canada which is super impressive. The products are good quality but has some fakes you have to watch out for. It's honestly better than Amazon in Canada.

I'm a new customer and thanks to the ability to change the language of the site, I was easily able to find and purchase the items that I wanted.
It can be a bit of a struggle to find someone willing to ship overseas but thanks to there being multiple sellers it wasn't too big of an issue.

I've been a long time customer with Amazon Japan since 2014. The only things I ever buy from here are Japanese manga, books and magazines. It's a wonderful thing that they do international deliveries which makes my life so much easier. The prices are decent and deliveries are usually fast too. My most recent order was placed on June 6th and I received my parcel on June 10th which was amazing! This was super fast considering the current situation, I was expecting some delays. 5/5.

I ordered some sport equipment, order arrived really fast and items are great!

Great service. Deliveries are fast and punctual and easily arrangeable at Family Mart or Lawson shops open 24/7. The customer care, available in English within seconds on chat, offers outstanding service. You can't beat it. I really feel a valued customer.
Just a couple of things which could be improved. Not all the products yet have a full description in English, and sometimes there are items sold by private sellers which are orders of magnitude more expensive than on Amazon.com, not sure why.

Their customer service is ignorant and make mistakes on purpose to force a lawyer

First item cancelled, i never got refund for 49.99 dollar even after a year

The order was never shipped by amazon JAPAN but a system error was made by JAPAN amazon pretending my order for, of course which i paid for just two days ago was shipped the 13 and delivered by hand, when the driver came i met him,

He didnt have nothing to deliver but amazon JAPAN continue writing on the system

I bought a Minna No Ninhongo book for me to learn basic Japanese language and it is nice that Amazon Japan has all the version of it both written in Japanese and English. It was a really good package indeed and totally in a very good condition. Although the shipping fee is a little expensive and took a while for me to receive it but overall, it was a good buy!

I order amino collagen powder last june 17 then until now i didn't recieved my stuff and i called the customer service for asking help but the lady that I've talking for is very rude and she told me she cannot help me..because of my address theres no zip code, anyway im living in abu dhabi UAE and no zip code on this country but my address is correct i give my flat # everything but she dont understand she still want my zipcode . How many times I've orders any kinds of stuff through online but i dont have any problem. I just thinking maybe thats a scam because i ask to give it back my money and she told me she can't help! Good thing that i just order one items because I'm doubting that time..
