Have had our Alfa boiler for ten years and it has never let us down, we also have the boiler serviced every year using Alfa service engineer, been the same engineer each time, a very nice person, highly satisfied with all aspects and will use this company when its time for a new one.

I found your engineer Vic excellent and he did a great job. This is the best and thorough service my boiler has had. Far better than the other chat that came every year. Hopefully Vic will be the chap that comes each time .

Don't use them
Took out service contract in May 2026 requested a boiler service. End of September still no service. Called, emailed, nothing, promises made and not kept. Don't use them. We have rectified the problem, I've cancelled the contract and requested a full refund.
