Very poor service
I’ve been paying for a service contract, initially because I had a problem with my boiler. This was fixed fairly promptly. I kept on the contract after the first year so I would get an annual service. The service should have been around February this year, I heard nothing. After chasing them up 4 times I’m still waiting. It seems they are happy to take my money but not so happy to do the work. My next step is a formal complaint. If I could have given 0 stars that’s what I would have given them. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of service or even interest in doing their job.

Excellent customer service. Called on Monday afternoon with a problem with my boiler, an engineer was out the next morning before 10am and repaired my boiler. Much better experience than I have had with any other boiler maintenance contractor

Alpha = Fabulous
We have had Alpha boilers for over 25 years, in that time the service we have received (apart from a short excursion with another service provider, rhymes with GnomeSurf) has been outstanding, the original boiler lasted in excess of 20 years and was eventually replaced with a newer, more efficient Alpha. Quality products, quality service now all back in-house.
