Had an issue my boiler rang Alpha and they made the process very easy, was with British Gas who compared to Alpha come no where near.
Dean Newman the engineer came out and sorted my problem with the boiler, absolutely delighted with his service very knowledgeable along with very clean and tidy with his work afterwards. Thank you Dean for restoring my faith in boiler services.

Still waiting for my yearly service. Getting fobbed off telling me that boiler breakdowns are priority. My 12 month service is now 18 months. Buyer beware. Very rude customer service employee....

4 stars because when I initially phoned advised it would take a couple of days for a call back for an appt, I had to chase a couple of times to arrange for someone to call round.

Terrible service
I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a date for my boiler to be serviced and now repaired as it keeps faulting and loosing pressure.
I am told I will get a call back but nothing.
The guy answering the calls won’t put me through to anyone in other department not even the complaints team and hung up on me the last time I called.
We are in a contract with them but are getting no service back!
