Alpha was recommended to me by my gas…
Alpha was recommended to me by my gas fitter, I have not been disappointed, it has proved to be economical and trouble free. It has a clean modern but un intrusive look it is easy to use and no hassle.
The Alpha yearly service is easily organised their personnel are well informed and easy to communicate with.

Our engineer was great & did a good job…
Our engineer was great & did a good job but we are on a service contract, and Alpha did not contact us on time to arrange this year’s appointment. As a result our service was done four months late, only because I contacted them to arrange. As usual our appointment was then canceled at very short notice and rearranged (3pm having waited in all day). It’s lucky that I could rearrange things but very difficult if you have a full-time job and have taken time off work to be in for the engineer.

I was kept well advised regarding the date of service and the engineer phoned in advance of arrival on the day.
He carried out a thorough service of my boiler and advised me regarding its future possible life span and the availability of spare parts.

Top Quality Service Tech
Service technician, James, arrived as planned with plenty of advance notice. Serviced the boiler quickly and efficiently, and gave us a comprehensive debrief afterwards ; he's a lovely chap who clearly knows every aspect of the range of Alpha boilers. Great service!

Poor customer service …
The communication from the service department was awful. First of all I had to remind them that my service was overdue, then the first available date was a month after I phoned. That appointment was cancelled due to the engineer being sick! The next appointment was cancelled last minute due to the engineer being sick again! I tried calling to reschedule and was waiting on the phone for 40 minutes to speak to someone. The customer service is awful but the service from the engineer was great. The engineer says he hears the same story all the time. It’s no way to treat customers
