Hej! Jag trivs i min lägenhet och tycker om grannarna och miljön, därför undrar jag om man får köpa en hyresrätt från Akelius i Salems kommun? och om ja till vem ska jag vända till ?

Vilka krav har akelius för sina hyresgäster? Vad krävs för att bli godkänd samt vad kan anledningen vara ifall man nekas ett andrahandsgodkännande?

Hur får man lägenhet? Har sökt massor men inget svar, har inkomst på över 100.000 i mån tillsammans med min man, inga skulder, fasta tjänster. Inga anmärkningar. Tacksam för svar

Akelius lies a lot and no one takes responsibility for anything. Noisy drilling directly above me for a year while 20 apartments remained empty. their construction crew constantly is "running late" and underestimates the time they need to do xyz things in your apartment. This year, we had an "emergency" repair that no one could tell us a)where the job would be done and b)that we couldnt use our bathroom. It took them 10 hours to remove a rusty pipe with multiple people working on it... cardiac bypass goes faster than that. The paint job afterwards is horrible, they couldnt even drill holes accurately and we were left without being able to use our bathroom for hours on end for several days. Conveniently, the construction manager promised a talk about compensating me and as soon as the work was done (a 3 day project that turned into weeks), but oh wait, as soon as the work finished he wont give email of the asset manager and redirects me to an adminstrator that struggles to read. SO tired of typing the same emails for Luz Molina to not even acknowledge what I am saying. Also, do you like getting your packages stolen? Akelius has a policy that doesnt release videos to their residents for some inexplicable reason and will not help with the situation. No response to emails. Its baffling how their staff are always so incompetent.

And no akelius, don't ask me to call you. You waste a lot of my time already. Next step is that I file my complain with the regie for multiple legal transgressions including not accomodating with hotel stays, not telling us the length of a project or where, disturbing my right to peaceful enjoyment of my apartment and failing to tell me when the drilling would stop despite numerous calls to your call centre.

I am not surprised to see other reviews re: Akelius's "renovictions" and unsafe hygiene practices inside the buildings during COVID. I repeatedly complained throughout the past year about the fact that unmasked contractors were doing entirely unnecessary renovations in my building, and Akelius never solved the issue. The contractors never wore masks or practiced social distance, and whenever I asked them to when I passed, they would refuse. After several months of phone calls to Akelius I finally received a phone call back from a property manager, who told me that they dismiss the workers for the day when they refuse to wear masks, but whenever I reported unmasked workers, they continued to work both on the day of the complaint, and subsequent days (including after this phone call from the manager in which he claimed they were taking this "seriously"). Heartbreakingly, I learned on the news that Akelius insists on proceeding with these renovations, at the expense of the health and safety of their residences, to circumvent rent control laws & justify rent increases (there's even a United Nations housing report on Akelius for this reason).

Akelius ist die schlechteste Hausverwaltung die es gibt ein nur Dreck mehr nicht.
Wer ne Wohnung sucht nimmt nicht akelius den die sind richtig richtig schei.ße. Sc.heiß Dreckiges die sollen raus von Deutschland die haben nur dreckig und Sch eiße Mitarbeiter Idioten die nehmen viel Geld Kommission von schlechte Mieter und die geben den Wohnungen und die Schützen den egal wie !
obwohl .. sind laut oder schmutzig oder unvernünftig ist egal hauptsache die haben den Geld kassiert!!
Bei Renovierung was macht akelius die renovieren mit ganz billig Material die Liegen auf dem Fußboden ganz billig Laminat den.. Boden wird so laut wie ein Trommel.... die renovieren mit polnische Firmen und die meiste Arbeiter...

Das ist akelius und das was hat gebracht für uns in Deutschland so ein schlechte hausverwaltung hat Genehmigung hier bei uns zu sein und unsere Volk zu stören und ärgern (unsere Regierung schläft) sch eiße auf euch akelius und sch eiße auf eure Mitarbeiter ich versuche mit einem Mitarbeiter zu kontaktieren seit 6 Monaten die Pe .nner die Antworten nicht. bestochene Makler.

Varning för Akelius! Dom är helt hänsynslösa!!!

Begriper inte alla dessa negativa recensioner. Jag är en extremt kräsen och ordentlig person och jag kan med samvete påstå att jag aldrig varit nöjdare med en hyresvärd. Bor på gamla stan i Malmö och varenda felanmälan har Akelius fixat. Jimmy hantverkaren är jätte hjälpsam och trädgårdsmästaren jätte snälla och trevliga. Jag kommer bo här i många många år tills jag till slut köper ett hus men annars har jag inget att klaga på. Tacksam för allt Akelius har gjort. Jag har även rekommenderat dem till vänner och bekanta.

Schöne Wohnung, das wars aber dann auch schon.
Weil die "liebe" Akelius im Jahr plötzlich die Fa. und Empfängerbank (wahrscheinlich Trick um Steuern zu sparen) mit der Bankverbindung gewechselt hat sind uns 1,60€ Rückstände aufgelaufen. Anstatt mit unserem Anruf diesen Gegenstand mit einer kulanten Korrekturbuchung einfach glattzuziehen, (Ein Brief mit einer Forderung von 0,30€, der andere für 1,30€) wurde auf die Zahlung bestanden.
.... gehts ja nicht, oder? Alleine das Porto für die zwei Schreiben....

Mycket dålig hyresvärd Akelius Rönninge (Salem), mycket dåliga grannar, flera håller på med "renoveringar" från tidigt morgon till sent på kvällen/ kl 23, eller så festar på nätterna, borrar i väggen oavbrutet i flera månader, skriker på balkonger, grillar på balkongen, Akelius anställda och deras hyresgäster- värsta människor som finns. Om det vore en eller annan, utan nu verkar vara många som håller på sådär. Inte en enda dag/natt i lugn och ro i Akelius fastigheter. Flytta inte dit om du har små barn eller - där ska varken bebisar eller mammorna kunna sova - borrandet i väggen och musik eller galet skrik på 100 db hela tiden. Om man ber Akelius administration åtgärda det- då de "vill inte blanda in sig" utan anmäler småbarnfamiljer till socialnämnden i stället! Har bott i 1 år- sen har köpt ett hus och flyttat från Akelius h...ete.

Lämnades inte ut nyckel vid avtalad tid. Hörde ej av sig om att de var försenade

Undermålig ventilation, märken i taket på badrum.
Trots allt detta installerat en tvättmaskin - ingen tortumlare - menar att det är en standardhöjning.

Litet badrum, lägenheten har undermålig ventilation vilket OVK visat och därför vore det osanitärt och direkt miljöskadligt att få för sig att torka tvätt inomhus/i den lägenheten.

Debiterades i ett år för utrustning som aldrig funnits i lägenheten. detta "löstes" genom att en summa sattes in på mitt bankkonto, utan någon som helst information om vad denna summa inkluderade eller avsåg. Önskade få detta reglerat på min hyresavi, men det gjordes aldrig utan det sattes in en högst - för mig - godtycklig summa pengar. Ingen åtgärd vidtogs trots ett närmare 10-tal mail och två-tre telefonsamtal.

Faller sig lämpligt, men det är väldigt smaklöst av Akelius, att utnyttja rådande bostadssituation där det råder brist på bostäder. Det är inte lyxrenoveringar - det är inte något annat än bara ytpolering, billigt och halvdåligt renoverade lägenheter som hyrs ut som om de vore nyproducerade.

Ingen som helst ursäkt eller försök till förståelse för mig har visats från Akelius utan om det på något sätt känns obekvämt eller om jag önskar komma i kontakt med Akelius så hänvisas jag ständigt - läs "alltid" - till ert servicecenter som ska agera gatekeeper och sålla ut vad som ni anser vara viktigt eller inte.

Och, NEJ, jag kommer inte kontakta Akelius Servicecenter återigen för jag vill inte återuppleva den högst icke servicemedvetenheten, arrogans och nonchalans som Akelius ger.

Sist, men ack så inte minst, vill jag understryka hur skenheligt det är att Akelius fond / Roger Akelius skänker pengar till välgörenhet. Dessa pengar kommer från hyresgäster samt undanslussade pengar som undgått skatt.

Akelius borde helt och hållet ägna sig åt det de gör alldeles utmärkt: skatteplanering och arrogans.

We signed a contract with Akelius, represented by Naim B and Julia. for 1 bedrum flat, which turned out to be a nest of huge rats. They are behind the walls and under the floor so they could not be seen on the view. But on the first and only night in the apartment we found ourselves on the street, because the rats and the smell of them for living.

You were very active while we paid and signed the contract, and now everyone says there is nothing he can do. Aren't you one of the randlord (signatures) of the contract? How do you run away from responsibility now? Isn't it our fault that your apartment is not suitable for living? We are homeless at the moment, and you are hiding? Give us another home now, at this moment !!! You took £ 7,000 and we have nothing! A nest for infection and disease. Is this your big agency?

Please is you see Akelius in Montreal do not sign a lease with them.
The very first day I moved in they were cockroaches.
I called multiple times for this issue and basically you have to call like 5 times before they come and do their literal job!!!
The rent is too pricey for what they offer. Customer service is terrible!!!
Every time I’m on the phone with them I get mad basically.

Nachmieter durch Frau Hartung
Ich bin kürzlich aus Berlin weg gezogen und habe nach einem Nachmieter für die Wohnung gesucht.

Meine Ansprechpartnerin war Frau Ivonne Hartung. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Habe meine Wohnung bekommen und kann Frau Hartung guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
