ACS Courier S.A. Recenzje 

How Acs courier company,on the Greek island of Zakynthos can call themselves a courier company is a joke! They never deliver and always send notifications that 'its a failed delivery '! So we have to queue up and collect! I would suggest they employ more drivers ,or in fact ,any drivers!!! I wish I could give no stars! Dreadful service!!!

I have to receive two different shipments in Heraklion, Crete, at the Alikarnassos branch since last Friday, 31/01/2025. After the poor service of the courier who, AS ALWAYS, does not bring me the packages as they should at the place of residence where they were supposed to be delivered, the employee told me to come on Monday, 03/02/2025, to pick them up from the branch in Alikarnassos. I go today, Monday, 03/02/2025, and the branch - without any warning in order to serve their customer - moved it to the industrial zone on A street!!! and now they refer me WHEN THEY FIND THE PACKAGES to deliver them to some smart point. If this company didn't have Mitsotakis' back, it would be a zero!!!

The worst courier service in Greece. Every time a package I expect is with ACS I have problems. It is always delayed for no reason. It usually takes 4-5 days for a package to arrive from Athens to Heraklion, Crete with them which is ridiculous. They also never pick up the phone. Avoid them at all costs.

Very bad Very bad transport company. With evething correct addresses and mobile they told me that, we couldn't found the delivery customer.... Many times the same....

I have two orders on processing by ACS courier for over two weeks now. You may order from anywhere in Europe, it will get to Greece in no time. Once it arrives in Thessaloniki hub of ACS, you will either wait an eternity to get your package or you will never get it. No one will ever answer to the phone, e-mail, the only customer support available is a useless bot on their site. The worse courier company in UE by far.

Courier doesnt EVER deliver a package!
This time, they dont answer the phone, emails, NOTHING!
My package is on their inventory for 2 weeks!
Still no updates!

Placed my order near Christmas, to come from Czech Republic to Athens, Greece. In less tha n a week my order had been sent away from Prauge to Bucurest, Romania, and from there to Thessaloniki, Greece. Now it sits in the ACS HUB in Thessaloniki, which is less than 5 hours away from Athens, by car, for over 3 weeks. They will not answer the phone either. Overall a terrible experience.
Sellers, please do not associate with this company, for the sake of the customers, as they are lazy, petty and have to be begged to do their job.

The worst service I've ever had. I had ordered something from AliExpress and had paid for that. When the order arrived I was on holidays and ACS refused to keep the parcel till my return. They sent it back to China and I haven't got a refund. You can lose your money with this company.

Ordered via dpd and acs took over in Greek territory. 2 days Spain to Greece, Acs still processing my order (10 day) within Athens. Joke of a courier service provider

by far the worst company. no one answered the call center. They never deliver on time. For example, my order from December 28 is in their sorting center in Thessaloniki and still (January 13) has not been delivered... I went to the store and they told me that they are now delivering the orders that arrived on December 23... Simply unacceptable

ACS employees stealing orders ! And is not even possible to speak with manager or to make complaint ! They just take your orders and keep for them self's !

ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε εταιρεία. 1 μήνα για 1 παραγγελία που ήρθε χαλασμένη γιατί δεν είχαν δει καν ότι πρόκειται για φυτό που θέλει ΑΕΡΑ για να μην σαπισει. τωρα παμε για 1 μήνα ακομα για 1 ζευγαρι παπουτσια. καμια απαντηση σε μειλ-τηλεφωνο και καμια ενημερωση για την καθυστερηση. ΓΡΑΦΕΤΕ ΣΕ ΔΥΟ-ΤΡΙΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΜΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΤΡΕΙΣ ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΕΣ. ΕΥΧΟΜΑΙ ΑΠΟ ΚΑΡΔΙΑΣ ΝΑ ΧΡΕΟΚΟΠΗΣΕΤΕ.

Worst courier ever. Incapable persons. Bad service. Only if you do not want to get your order!!!

Μου έστειλαν αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα στο Viber για να παραλάβω αποστολή. Ήμουν στο εξωτερικό (χωρίς roaming) και προσπάθησα να διαλέξω άλλη μέρα παραλαβής, μέσω του App που έχουν. Δέν λειτουργούσε (αχνό εντελώς το αντίστοιχο εικονίδιο, σα να μην λειτούργησε ποτέ). Προσπάθησα με email, τίποτε. Με bot, τίποτε. Με messenger, μου είπαν να γράψω στο email (όχι σε αυτό που έγραφε η σελίδα στο FB όμως, αλλά σε άλλο!). Τελικά χρειάστηκε να αφιερώσω 3-4 ώρες για να βρώ/αγγαρέψω φίλο που πήγε και παρέλαβε, για υπηρεσία που υποτίθεται ότι έχω πληρώσει για να φέρει σπίτι μου το δέμα. Αυτά 🙂

Never again. 1 star because there is no option for 0. Took more than 2 weeks to receive a package from a city 5 hours away from Athens. Every single time disappointing. I will let the shop know about the struggle, maybe they change courier service.

They have had our parcel for 15 days at their hub with no sign of it moving. Impossible to get any answers on the phone and the local shop just tells lies saying it will be with them later in the day... The company never manages to deliver around busy seasons but the worst is they just don't have any customer service. You simply can't get an answer from them..

Every year, this company struggles to effectively prepare for the Christmas rush, missing an opportunity to improve from past challenges. It sometimes feels like they prioritize other concerns over fully meeting customer expectations during this critical time. As a result, gifts occasionally remain in their warehouse, causing disappointment for families counting on them. With better planning and customer focus, they could truly turn things around and make the holidays brighter for everyone.

Package from China takes 10 days from the date dispatched to reach Greece! It went to an ACS HUB and for the past 10 days it has been in the HUB with no movement! I have called 5 times and they say it will be there soon and they apologise for the inconvenience! Have they checked the reviews all over the Internet? They are the inconvenience! They don't have enough people! Well if you pay peanuts you get monkeys! My package will not be delivered but in the new year because they have about 2 weeks of delayed packages! Sellers please don't use ACS or any company that cooperates with them like DPD Greece! ACS is by far the worst courrier company in Greece and a disgrace for my country!
