I paid for a parcel to be delivered to my house and instead they put it in a locker. I did not know and several days later my package was returned and I had to ask to send it again to ACS office. I will never use ACS again.

ACS employs delivery people who say they attempted a delivery, but they NEVER show up at your home. This dishonesty is not a sign of respect for customers!!!
It took multiple efforts to deliver a Christmas tree with the correct address. This week, the driver absolutely did not ring the bell. I was @ home. I will not do business with any company who employs your couriers.

ACS Cyprus, -10- is the score. Item has been placed in a locker box at a superstore. Have 3 days to collect it, or says will be returned to sender :( BTW, locker box doesn't work on Sundays according to their website!. Cannot get to pick it up in the 3 days. Phoned ACS 3 times to check if item can be taken to an ACS office. Phone never answered, tried various times in the day, press option 5 to speak to a representative, just cuts you off saying they will call you back - surprise surprise, they never do. TEMU stop using these people or you will lose sales in Cyprus!!!

Where is the minus sign? They tried to bribe us for €10 for picking up our renewed passports. Only cash money of course.

I paid to have a parcel delivered to my house instead they have put it in a locker and have given me 2 days to collect it. I don't drive. This is diabolical service

If this company adopted the policy of informing customers when they are going to deliver there would be a better chance of a successful conclusion to the transaction. Furthermore when they fail and expect the customer to go to their offices to pick up a parcel a friendly face across the counter might help to mitigate the damage. Even ELTA does a better job.

I ordered one electric scooter which one they lost, it's take a month to find out what's happened but ok, I ordered another one from different company and it's week past delivery time and I don't get anything, I feel sorry about all the seller which one they need to work with them and try to sell the items online .

2 days I’m calling Palio Faliro branch. No one answers.

Worst courier company ever. They place my package in locker eventhough I've reject that proposal, so I'll receive my box at least 5 days later. Also their are no employees to bring the package door to door, as I have order so they ask me to visit the store 5 days later to receive my package.

10 μέρες ψάχνουν να βρουν το δέμα! Στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντούν και από το κατάστημα, αφού περιμένεις 30 λεπτά με 1 ώρα αναμονή... στο γκισέ δεν μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν!

They sent the parcel in the wrong address.

Δεν εχω λογια για την εξυπηρετηση της ACS.!!!!
Το δεμα μου εφτασε απο αλλη χωρα στον προκαθορισμενο χρονο(μια εβδομαδα) και αλλη μια εβδομαδα πηρε για να φτασει απο την αποθηκη της ACS στο γραφειο της περιοχης μου.Κανεις δεν με ειδοποιησε για την παραλαβη του δεματος-επρεπε εγω να παρω τηλεφωνο..Και οταν επικοινωνησα μαζι τους οι υπαλληλοι συμπεριφεροταν σαν να δουλευαν σε αλλη εταιρια.Οξ απαντησεις τους ηταν:"Δεν ξερουμε,γιατι καθυστερησε.."," Δεν ξερουμε,που ειναι..".Τελικα,μετα απο πιεση ανακαλυψαν,οτι το δεμα μπο ειναι στο γραφειο τους και θα μου το εστελνσν την επομενη μερα!
Αυτο το κουριερ ειναι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!!!

Worse Courier, and I use that term lightly, ever, it takes longer to get from Thessaloniki or Athens to Symi than it does from other Countries to Thessaloniki or Athens. IMO how they can call themselves a courier service is beyond me, they are neither couriers or offer a service.

They rude and worth of nothing have my package form Thursday i went there to pick it up the guy told me it will be here Saturday i m there and there is another lady telling me you should have put it for saturday delivery i say her we did she look at me rude and says mondey now. and was express so cant imagine what happens there every day... STAY AWAY

Απλά απαραδεκτοι και καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί.

Avoid this company by all means. They are totally incompetent with the worst logistics process and app you will ever use. IMO ACS should be shut down by the Greek authorities. Simple shipments from Rhodes to Kastellorizo-Megisti in Greece are consistently delayed or not delivered due to that the ACS system for unknown reason do not recognise any street address in Kastellorizo-Megisti. Despite that I have had hundreds of parcels successfully sent by other carriers ACS cannot find the island by a simple Google search. You have been warned.

They been keeping me home for two days saying between x- y time you will receive the package but no one come no phone call and no package

Have been asking help in providing me a quotation about a shipping from Corfu' Island to Rome in Italy.
But instead of giving me any useful answer they just gave me a link "to do all by myself" and the link just showed this: "ERROR 404"
Really USELESS CUSTOMER CARE...well as the proverb says "You can tell a good day from the morning!"....AVOID THIS COURIER

im waiting from previous week.the man called one day that he is outside the house no warning no call no sms no nothing.I asked if he could leave it on the porch but refused.Said im on my way to home and in a few minutes i ll be there but refused to wait.Asked when he can come back again said in 2 days time!!!!!!
