Παλαιότερα ήταν δραματική η κατάσταση. Πλέον έχει βελτιωθεί λίγο. Ωστόσο σε καμία περίπτωση δε φτάνει τα όρια της αξιόπιστης courier. Τα locker της, άλλοτε δουλεύουν κι άλλοτε όχι, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζονται επιπλέον 3 με 4 ημέρες για τη παραλαβή τους από το κατάστημα. Επίσης, τα δέματα τα πάνε από μόνοι τους στα Lockers, ενώ η αγορά του voucher είναι για παράδοση σε διεύθυνση.
Στα τηλέφωνα πλέον τα σηκώνουν γρήγορα, αλλά εξαρτάται σε ποιο κατάστημα θα πέσεις για εξυπηρέτηση.

Terrible service, leaving people jumping ahead in line and still serving them. I was in line waiting for an hour and they did not serve me even though I had all the information they still refused.

Cyprus ACS courier company is the worst experience in my life what i have i don’t recommend to use them services for nobody! They have such an idiots drivers that i have no words…If you have problems with delivery nobody will help you also there is no number where to call and complain about situation because nobody cares…

Φρικτη εμπειρια καθε φορα. Αγενεστατοι στο τηλεφωνο, ψευτες, σου λενε οτι εγινε προσπαθεια παραδοσης και ελλειπες ενω δεν ειχαν καν διευθυνση (παρος), απιστευτες καθυστερησεις. Πραγματικα απορω που η εταιρια αυτη ( τουλαχιστον στην Παρο) ειναι εν λειτουργια.

Awful experience. They never deliver on time, they never pick-up the phone. It's impossible to trust them.

Had little hope when seeing the reviews and they’re phone number not working etc but our baggage was delivered same day which is a blessing thank god

Μου στέλνετε λάθος παραγγελία σας παίρνω και τηλέφωνο και δεν απαντάτε ρε ξεφτίλες σαν δε ντρέπεστε π δν μπορείτε να επικρατήσετε μια επιχείρηση σας περνώ δυο φορές τηλέφωνο με βάζετε αναμονή 3 λεπτών σαν να είμαι σε χορωδία δεν φτάνει ο καθόμαστε και μια ώρα μες την ζέστη τώρα πρέπει να σας παίρνουμε και τηλέφωνα για τις λάθος παραγγελίες π μας στείλτε

Horrible experience. Same as everyone: they don't deliver to your home even though you've paid for it and you’re at home waiting for the parcel. As excuses they claim you weren’t at home: FALSE!
In fact they never passed since no advice was left in the mailbox either and no one reached out. They force you to go to the ACS point if you want to pick up your parcel

Their office in archangelos is the worst, not polite, not helpful, they won't even give you parcels that are at their office according to tracking. I requested through their app to get my parcels at their office, i go there just to hear its not possible. Most lazy and rude workers in the whole of Greece

Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι αηδιαστική.
Δεν θέλουν να απαντήσουν στο τηλέφωνο, έχουν πετάξει το τηλέφωνο 3 φορές. Υπάρχουν όλα τα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία από καταγεγραμμένες συνομιλίες με μέλος του προσωπικού στο Levadya που αρνήθηκε να δώσει το όνομά της και πέταξε το τηλέφωνο.
Δεν θέλουν να παραδώσουν δέματα, λένε ψέματα και ισχυρίζονται ότι λένε ψέματα ότι τηλεφώνησε ο κούριερ και δεν σηκώσαμε το τηλέφωνο την ώρα που εγώ και ο σύζυγός μου καθόμασταν και περιμέναμε την κλήση.

17.07 και 18.07. 5 φορές μέσα σε δύο μέρες πήραμε τηλέφωνο και περιμέναμε 15 λεπτά, μιλούσαμε με ένα μέλος του προσωπικού που δεν ήθελε να μας βοηθήσει και έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο. Αηδιαστική εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν θα ξαναχρησιμοποιήσουμε την ACS courier.
Πληρώνεις χρήματα και παίρνεις μια αγενή άρνηση εξυπηρέτησης

ACS in Zakynthos is terrible. They do not deliver. You have to pick up your parcel yourself. There is alays a waiting line of people in the burning sun. Lidl is taking better care of a car to provide shadow than ACS for people. The strange thing is that people are waiting in line to get their parcel. Stop doing that, don't pick up your parcel anymore, in a few days ACS does not know what to do with all these parcels and start delivering where you paid for.

An absolute disgrace concerning service updates and anything else. It remains to be seen if the package will eventually arrive.

ACS is the worst company I’ve ever seen I called earlier today regarding a package that was not delivered due to a “wrong address” and was told to cancel my order and order from elsewhere. How totally unacceptable no professional service whatsoever.sadly I will not order from that website again due to ACS

From the initial email communication to the final delivery, everything with ACS Cyprus went perfectly. The call center was extremely helpful, provided all necessary information, and responded quickly and efficiently. It was my first time using ACS – I reached out on a Friday afternoon – and to my surprise, the drivers already arrived the next day (Saturday), perfectly on time within the agreed pickup window. Both were very friendly and supportive. A reliable and professional service all around – I would definitely use them again!

First they said my address was wrong then they delivered my package to a random person with a totaly different name !

There are no words to describe the inefficiency and the lack of professionalism …
They treat clients like garbage. We have to wait hours in queue and we don’t get service after all …

Το Σάββατο 31 Μαΐου ήταν τα γενέθλια της κόρης μου.Της αγόρασα από την adidas ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια Δώρο για τα γενέθλια της. Πήγα στην κουριερ του Διδυμοτείχου για να πάρω τη παραγγελία μου .Εκεί μια Κυρία μου είπε αφού ελεγξε τον αριθμό αποστολής οτι το δέμα μου έχει φθάσει αλλά θα πρέπει να έρθω σε καμία ωρίτσα για να το παραλάβω γιατί τώρα τα τακτοποιουν.Μετα από μια ώρα έστειλα την κόρη μου να πάρει το δεμα-δωρο της και της είπε η Κυρία οτι δεν έχει έρθει το δέμα και το περιμένουν από Δευτέρα. Επικοινώνησα άμεσα με τα κεντρικά της acs και της adidas που με επιβεβαίωσαν οτι το δέμα έχει αφιχθει στο κατάστημα του Διδυμοτείχου. Αυτή είναι η acs Διδυμοτείχου.
