THE WORST COURIER COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COURIER COMPANY. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A PACKAGE FOR 8 DAYS AND THEY CONTINUOUSLY DELAY IT WITH ABSOLUTE EXCUSES. INCREDIBLY BAD.

Wir wohnen in Voula. Ich zahle jedes Mal eine Menge Geld dafür, dass mir das Paket ausgeliefert wird. Der Bote jedoch hat keine Lust dazu fährt regelmäßig zum Hub Locker und packt das Paket dorthin rein, was natürlich nicht in meiner Nähe ist. Frech ist es, dass er direkt vor unser Haus vorbei fährt und gibt an, dass wir nicht zuhause sind. Sein Pech, dass ich vor der Haustür stand und habe beobachtet, wie er einfach vorbeigefahren ist. Unfassbar schlechte Firma, hat null Service, wollen nur das Geld einkassieren. Ich werde in der Zukunft nur dort bestellen, wo ACS nicht im Spiel ist. Werde alle Online Käufe einstellen, wo der ACS Courier ausliefert. Ich hoffe, dass die Firma irgendwann mal Pleite geht und dann die faule Mitarbeiter bemerken, dass sie daran Schuld war. Ebenfalls die Firma, die nicht an diesen Zustand ändert.

They NEVER deliver and always claim "The shipment has not been delivered due to the following reason: WRONG, INCOMPLETE ADDRESS".
You are ALWAYS expected to collect from them.

I sent an envelope within Athens that never reached the recipient. After 3 weeks they called me to return the envelope. They didn't even call the recipient, they didn't even call me to find a way to deliver it and they probably never went to deliver it.... it's an unacceptable courier company and doesn't even deserve a single star....

Worst courier service!
Every time a package is assigned to them I know it will be a hustle. Their ai assistant is a joke. The real customer service makes you wait on the phone for ages only to hung up on you after 30+ minutes of you listening to a whole concert while waiting.

I already contacted the sender that this courier makes the overall experience of shopping from their website a nightmare.
If you want your blood pressure not to skyrocket through the roof do yourself a favor and don’t choose to send or receive anything from ACS courier.

Chaos.
They have the "call barring" style policy, when trying to contact them through phone. You are talking with a bot and waiting in line for more than 40-50mins per session without actually having a solution to your problem. They just don't care about delivering quality services, and that is reflected even on the people they hire for delivery. They hang up to your face, or they report is as "no answer" although they never tried to reach you.

keep away from them. they apparently cant find address and dont call you at all

Every single time the delivery takes ages! Additionally my local ACS does not deliver to the provided address. They send a message that they did not manage to find me under the address and I need to pick up in person from the main office (even though they never came to the provided address!!!). The stuff that works here is rude and often screams at the customers which I find unacceptable! Terrible service! I hope to never need to use their service again (which is hard as it’s often the only option in online shops).

Απαράδεκτη εμπειρία από την ACS Courier. Το δέμα μου (9718299920) βρίσκεται από το πρωί στο κατάστημα της πόλης μου. Πήγα προσωπικά να το παραλάβω, όμως ενημερώθηκα ότι είχε δοθεί σε διανομέα για να το μεταφέρει σε locker. Παρά τις ώρες που έχουν περάσει, το δέμα δεν έχει φτάσει, ενώ το κατάστημα αρνείται να μου δώσει οποιοδήποτε στοιχείο επικοινωνίας με τον διανομέα.

Η έλλειψη υπευθυνότητας και συντονισμού είναι απαράδεκτη. Ο πελάτης δεν μπορεί να επικοινωνήσει, δεν ενημερώνεται, και στο τέλος μένει χωρίς το δέμα του. Δεν πρόκειται για μεμονωμένο περιστατικό αλλά για συστημικό πρόβλημα λειτουργίας και εξυπηρέτησης. Η εταιρεία οφείλει να επανεξετάσει άμεσα τη διαδικασία παράδοσης και να αναλάβει ευθύνη απέναντι στους πελάτες της.

Very bad courrier, they tefused to deliver at home, their support does not pick up. I have never seen such a bad service.

Very very disappointed every try a time trying to change the location of my order to get delivered but they call service never lets you talk with a person and from the link is impossible to find a way how to change it so it's easier to bring it to a checkpoint closer to me

ACS Cyprus experience. Packages for home delivery are sent to random ACS agents for collection in person. Some rerouted to a locker box for collection via code. Never is a package delivered to the home. If the driver can't find the home a message stating attempted delivery appears on tracking page. There is no number to call if you want to get in touch with them. You can only message them and when you do it takes ages for a reply if you get one at all. ACS used to be a company I could rely on, alas not any more. The service has deteriorated significantly over the past year.

One of the worst courier experiences I’ve ever had.
I paid for home delivery, yet ACS never even attempted to deliver my package. Instead, I was notified that it was dumped at one of their offices — nowhere near the address I had provided.

To make matters worse, there is no way for receivers to contact them. The only phone option is for senders, and even that line is completely useless because no one ever answers.

This level of service is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this courier at all costs.

Inappropriate manners, they don't send the box and they don't bring it back. Thiefs

Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει.Αποφασισε η εταιρία και άλλαξε την πολιτική της για τα πακέτα από το Shein και τα στέλνει όπου θέλει αυτή.Και που παίρνεις για να αλλάξεις τοποθεσία πριν σου έρθει το πακέτο σου κάποια πακέτα δεν έχουν καν αυτή την επιλογή.Ηθελα να ξερα τι ακριβώς πληρώνουμε;

One of the worst courier company. They are totally unorganised. They are getting later and later with delivery of packages. Plus after I have pick up a package, they send me sms that the package is at the delivery store. Why?

Έπρεπε να παραδοθεί ΣΠΙΤΙ ΜΟΥ!! όπως πλήρωσα και όπως ερμηνεύεται η λέξη Courier. Η εταιρεία σας αυθαιρετεί εις βάρος μας με απαράδεκτες πρακτικές ...
"το σύστημα" λέει, όρισε να παραλάβω από locker!.. χωρίς να ενδιαφέρεστε αν μπορώ, αν έχω μέσον μεταφοράς. Δεν ψωνίζουμε όλοι για χόμπι...Courier χρησιμοποιούμε και κάποιοι λόγω αδυναμίας να βγούμε!!

Not worthy of even a single star.
ACS is by far the most unreliable, incompetent, and dishonest courier company I have ever encountered. They regularly falsify delivery attempts, claiming customers were “not found” when no delivery was ever made. This forces people to travel long distances to retrieve parcels that should rightfully arrive at their doorstep. Their so-called customer service is a complete disgrace — phones go unanswered, complaints are ignored, and accountability is nonexistent. A courier company that cannot deliver parcels, answer calls, or provide the most basic reliability has no right to exist in this industry.

I sent a package cash on delivery the recipient went the next day payed cash and collect it.im still waiting for my money and after 1 week they will give them to me.and the worst part they will give me a bank cheque so another headache to head to the bank.totally stupid without logic policy never again using this useless company.

Οι χειροτεροι με διαφορα. Ταχα, προτιματε να βαλετε delivery method πεζουνι ή χελωνα παρα να τους πληρωσετε τουτους. Οι οδηγοί τους; Αγενεστατοι. Βαρκουνται να δουλεψουν. Δηλωνουν οτι εν ηβραν κανεναν για να παραδωσουν κατι ενω δεν προσπαθούν καν. Ουτε ένα τηλεφώνημα πιλε μου. Ρε, εν τηλεφωνο της δουλειάς που εσιετε, εν τζαι πληρωνετε το.
Οι υπάλληλοι στα καταστήματα; Με τα μουτρα ως το πατωμα, να σε ξιτιμασουν μηνισκει. Συγγνωμη ρε παιδια που ηρτα να πιασω το πακετο μου επειδη ο οδηγός σας εν ασχοληθηκε. Συγγνωμη που θελω εξυπηρετηση α.
