I got a message on Viber saying that my delivery would be between 11.30am-12.30pm. Exactly 2 minutes later the phone rang ONCE and shut. I called back and it was ACS calling center telling me that "the courier didn't find you". I asked how is that possible when I am at the address waiting and then I went downstairs to see if he had left a note. Ofcourse there was no note and they said I can go pick the package from their local office. Meanwhile they gave me the wrong address of the local office never said WHEN the package would arrive at the local office and when I complained they sent me an automated message that said that next expected availability for my package is 02 Jan 2026. I called them back and they confirmed I could pick the package up today but no standard hour was given. Overall dissappointing experience, they do not even bother trying to hand over packages they just do the obligatory 1 ring "call" which 99.9% of people will not have time to answer and then the package goes back and forth. I

The worst courier I've ever encountered. A package due for delivery on December 29th is still at the office with no delivery attempt to the delivery address. NEGATIVE

I ordered a book for which I had explicitly requested delivery to my home on January 8, a service that I also paid for. Today, I was informed by the courier company that, due to increased traffic during this period (nice easy excuse which however doesn't apply in my case because I asked a delivery on the 8th January), the parcel will be delivered to a locker instead of my address. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened with this specific courier.
They consistently deliver extremely bad services and is a strong reason to change suppliers if the use ACS a courier.

I just hate this company with all my heart! No service, no empathy, no delivery on date. I just don’t understand why this company still working?!! This is not the first time that my parcel got delayed!

Η χειρότερη εταιρια courier στην Ελλαδα, και αυτο ειναι το χειρότερο της καταστημα.
Θα επρεπε να ντρεπεστε και για την εξυπηρετηση πελατων αλλα και για την συμπεριφορα οσων εργαζονται εκει.
Το δεμα μου ειναι εκει απο τις 15/12, εχω παει 4 φορες, μου λενε οτι δεν τους το εχουν παει ακομα, και σημερα μου ηρθε μηνυμα οτι αν δεν το παραλαβω μεχρι αυριο, θα επιστραφει στον αποστολεα (στο εξωτερικο).
Πηγα λοιπον σημερα ξανα, για να μου πει η υπαλληλος οτι το μηνυμα ειναι λαθος και οτι το δεμα μου δεν ειναι ακομα στο καταστημα αλλα στην κεντρικη αποθηκη (το site σας ομως λεει οτι ειναι εκει). Εφτασε να μου πει, οτι θα ερθει αλλο μηνυμα με διαφορετικη διατυπωση, και τοτε θα πρεπει να παω να παραλαβω.
Το ποσο σοβαρη εταιρια ειναι, γινεται ακομα πιο ξεκαθαρο απο την επιλογη τους να μην απαντουν στα τηλεφωνα.
Καποιος πρεπει να σας το κλεισει......

Σε στελνουν για παραλαβη σε καταστημα που εχει κλεισει εδω και 2 χρονια(γαλατσι).η εφαρμογη τους οτι ναναι.και οταν πας τελικα στοκαταστημα που ειναι για παραλαβη αοτ λενε οτι δεν ειναι ετοιμοπαραδοτο αν και εχειερθει μνμ για παραλαβη.GIGA-μπουρδελο
Και εννοειται οτι ποτε δεν βρισκεις καποιον στο τηλεφωνο.

Worst company ever, I specifically said I wanted it delieved at my place and they just dumped it at one of their pick up points…

The worst courier service company ever. Huge delays, absolutely no customer service. Avoid by all means

even though I told them to deliver the package at my home, instead they sent me a message telling me to go and pick the package up from their offices. I called them and after keeping me on hold for 46 minutes, they told me that they arranged for the delivery to take place the next morning. Of course there was no delivery the next morning. I am calling again and they don't answer. I cannot go over there to pickup my delivery so I guess that Iam at their mercy.

The worst of the bunch in Greece! There is no communication, and it is impossible to arrange the delivery of your package at a date/time you are at home.

Αποστολή από φιλικό μας πρόσωπο (ιδιώτης) από τον Νομό Αττικής που απεστάλει στις 11/12/2025, έφτασε στο σταθμό παράδοσης Αλιβερίου Ευβοίας στις 12/12/2025, και μας παρεδώθει στην οικία μας στην Αμάρυνθο Ευβοίας την 13/12/2025 μετά από κλήση του οδηγού διανομέα, και αφού πρότεινος είχαμε ενημερωθεί και με sms για τις επιλογές παράδοσης από την ACS!

The worst courier services!
They never deliver on time!
They lie about coming home and not finding anyone to answer
They make you look for your order in boxes even though you have given delivery address!
They never answer the phone! Never!

Κλείστε το, το μαγαζι. Αποστολές χάος, εξυπηρέτηση κάτω απο το μηδεν.

The worst courier company ever! Please check your online shops — and if they cooperate with this company, stay away!

Disgraceful. No customer service. Zero accountability for their errors. And obnoxious about it, too. It’s a disgrace that any company chooses to ship with this pathetic excuse for a courier company.

Έχουν βάλει ένα ai με το οποίο δε μπορείς να συνεννοηθείς ζητά κινητό κάνει μισή ώρα να στείλει το μήνυμα και απλά βγαίνει από τη συζήτηση τέλος έχουν αποφασίσει ότι πλεον δε θα κάνουν delivery αλλά θα τα αφήνουν σε ένα κουτί όπου τους βολεύει όσο μακριά και αν είναι επίσης αγενείς και μη εξυπηρετικοί υπάλληλοι αλλά τι να κάνουν και αυτοί

THE WORST COURIER COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COURIER COMPANY. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A PACKAGE FOR 8 DAYS AND THEY CONTINUOUSLY DELAY IT WITH ABSOLUTE EXCUSES. INCREDIBLY BAD.
