Quantifiably Criminal Activity
We just bought a car from this company, its a lovely car, however:
1. the law states and is in the sale contract provided by aaaauto.cz that the car's registration must be legally transferred to the owner (us) within 10 days of the contract being signed
2. we have been chasing them to sort this, on the phone, they strait lie about the 10-day legal clause (clearly even stated on the contract they provided)
3. we now find out the car they sold us was not even legally owned by them and they are currently transferring registration from the original owner to them first, then it will be possible to transfer it to us
The above means, aaaauto.cz have deliberately entered into a contract with us which has the inevitable outcome of the client (us) breaking the law by signing the contract they provided us and sold us a car they do not even legally own, I am not a lawyer but this sounds a lot like a fraud case?
I will be waiting till the 10th day and passing this quite clear case to a local lawyer.
In short, this company is operating illegally, or at least the branch and salesperson we were so unlucky to have inflicted this crime upon us.
update: pre-emptive to the 10-day legal clause I have passed onto a lawyer who has outlined we have a case but, only if they fail to meet the 10 days outlined in the contract they had us sign.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, staff are poorly trained, rude, and have no interest in selling cars, just being abusive to customers.
Avoid this dealership at all costs!

One of the extremely few Slovak used car sales organisations that are honest
Because of the village system of vehicle registration there is a long delay in the paperwork but thats communist protectionism.
Clearly consumable parts like the clutch are never covered by guarantees because they are highly suseptible to driver misuse.
I bought a fabia not understanding the discount system which is for credit buyers, but to be fair to AAA the sold the car for cash at the discount price. AAA was established by an English man conversant with honest trade practices, and its good to see AAA auto continue these high standards. If you want to see rats at work try some of the Bazars in Nitra
