Tohle je nejhorší autobazar AAA AutoCZa nejhorší komunikace, se kterou jsem se kdy setkal. Čekám už od pátku 31. července až do dneška, 4. srpna, že mi někdo zavolá kvůli autu, ale stále se mi nikdo neozval. To je naprosto nepřijatelné a pod jakoukoli kritikou. Začínám mít pocit, že jen sbíráte databázi telefonních čísel. Nevím, k čemu je chcete používat, ale celé to působí velmi nedůvěryhodně.

Koupil jsem si u vás Nissan Qashqai 2007 s tím, že hledám větší a spolehlivé auto pro rodinu. Prodejce Lukáš Mohapl slíbil, že „tohle je auto, za které se nebude stydět, když mi ho prodá, ať ho dám klidně do servisu, že nic tam nenajdou".. Den na to jsem auto dal do servisu a jejda..

Reakce servisu? "Jak můžou něco takového dát vůbec do prodeje, když je to na životě ohrožující?"

Servis našel brzdové destičky sjeté na železo, přední nápravu zkorodovanou tak, že auto neprojde technickou kontrolou a s rizikem, že se při jízde rozpadne a upadne kolo, a dalších vady za minimálně 60 000 Kč (viz foto). Tyto skutečnosti prodejce věděl nebo měl vědět.... Žádné informace jsem o této skutečnosti nedostal. Prodali mi auto, které ohrožuje život mě i mé rodině.

Byl bych radši, kdybyste mi upřímně řekli, že nemáte žádné auto v pořádku a poslali mě domů, než abyste mi něco prodali za každou cenu. Jako laik nemůžu poznat, jestli je auto v dobrém stavu. Věřím vašim slovům a pak zjistím, že je ohrožena moje bezpečnost...

Na reklamaci samozřejmě pojedu, ale zároveň podán podmět k prošetření na ČOI

Po koupi vozu v AAA AUTO bylo až při STK zjištěno, že vozidlo má kola neodpovídající údajům pro vozidlo, kvůli čemuž technickou prohlídkou neprošlo. Reklamace byla zamítnuta a přístup společnosti mě zklamal. Od profesionálního prodejce bych očekával větší snahu o řešení podobné situace.

Pořídil jsem tu Škoda Superb a je to skvělé auto! Jsem hodně spokojený.

Koupil jsem tu škoda octavie, bylo opravdu z čeho vybírat a vše bylo k mé spokojenosti.

Buying a Nissan Qashqai (2023) for 600,000 CZK at AAA Auto has turned into a complete nightmare. My experience has been marked by gross incompetence and a total lack of accountability.

1. Delivery Failures:
The process started with them delivering the wrong car entirely. When the correct model finally arrived, it was in an unacceptable state – the engine was covered in grease/oil, and there was a massive scratch running along the entire right side of the vehicle.

2. Zero Communication:
The delivery date for the final vehicle was postponed twice. I was never notified in advance; I only found out about these delays by physically showing up at the Jihlava branch. The same happened with the vehicle documents: my inquiries via email and the customer service hotline were completely ignored.

3. Documentation Scandal:
Despite receiving an SMS on March 14th assuring me that the paperwork was being processed, the reality was a disaster. Not only did they fail to meet the legal 10-day deadline for vehicle registration, but they actually mailed my documents to the wrong address! Only today, on March 25th, are they allegedly resending them to (hopefully) the correct address.

Because of their incompetence, I am now in breach of the legal registration period through no fault of my own. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this branch. Such amateurism is staggering for a purchase of over half a million CZK.

Na online stránkách AAAAuto jsem si našel model auta a chtěl jsem se telefonicky spojit s prodejcem.
Po 1/2 dni a 150 telefonních nezdařilých pokusech jsem požádal o kontakt přes e-mail. Po té jsem byl kontaktován a mnou vyhledaný skoro nový vůz s nájezdem 20km nebylo možné rezervovat.
Rezervace byla možná pouze po složení zálohy CZK 2000,0 v hotovosti u prodejce. Zaloha bankovním převodem nebyla umožněna.
Když jsem chtěl podrobnějsi údaje o voze, začal prodejce mlžit. Že prý je z Litvy, kde se prý vyrábí (Škodovka), poté jsem dostal info., že je na Slovensku.
Nebylo možné domluvit termín a místo na prohlídku vozu.
Nakonec mi nabídly neadekvátní nabídku jiného vozu.
Velmi diletantský a neprofesionální přístup k zákazníkovy.
Auto jsem nakonec koupil u konkurence, kde jsem byl o 100% lépe obsloužen.

I bought a used Škoda Octavia here because I needed a reliable car for work. The salesman swore it was in top condition and inspected. Jel jsem se podívat na "prověřenou" Octavii. V telefonu mi slibovali, že auto je v top stavu. Na místě? Motor divně klepal a interiér byl domlácený.

Nejhorší byl ale ten nátlak. Nechali mě tam čekat 2 hodiny, pak na mě nastoupili tři manažeři a nutili mi nevýhodný úvěr s pojištěním, které jsem nechtěl. Když jsem řekl ne, začali být arogantní. Je to továrna na podvody. Ztráta času

Everything’s fine with my Ford Focus, drives great and no issues so far.

I researched the car I wanted. It was in Sokolov. They said it was no problem to get it in Prague. Told me come down and give a 2000czk deposit. I should come today and they would give me a special deal and test drive a similar car to see if I liked it. I came on time. Delivered deposit. The car didnt work. They apologized and told me to come back in 3 days for delivery of my desired car. I arrived at the designated time and was informed that the car never came and had no brakes. So much for their certified inspection. Then they told me that I really would like the similar car... I wanted my deposit back but they argued that I should just try the similar car. I agreed. The similar car didnt run. They aaid the battery was still dead from the last time and they would charge it. 3 hours later, still waiting, they tried to show me other cars but got distracted by other more important customers. I tried to get my deposit back and they kept arguing. The manager finally came over and was smug and dismissive. I started shouting that they need to give me my deposit back. Finally he agreed out of embarassment. (Not wanting other customers to hear. I spend 1200czk on taxi rides out there. Stay away from AAA!

DON'T BUY CARS FROM AAA! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

This AAA dealership is a FRAUD. They sold me a 2017 BMW claiming they conducted a comprehensive inspection and checked over 200 parts in the car and it was in perfect condition and there is a 1-year guarantee. Three weeks later onboard computer shower a problem. And when I came to the branch they said the guarantee doesn't cover the problem.

Also the vehicle had very worn tires which they did not mention when handing it to me. So I ended up buying new tire. Also the vehicle came with a set of winter tires. And today when I took to change the tires it turned out that they gave me WRONG tires. The set was from older model of BMW. The dealers at AAA are either FRAUD or complete FOOLs.

One more thing, when selling the car they were all speaking English. But when I claimed the problems, suddenly there is no one who speaks English. They will tell you "It's Czehcia you need to speak Czech".

Amateurish and arrogant behavior — they let you wait for an hour and a half and then send a so-called technician who claims they won’t buy the car because the engine doesn’t sound “smooth enough.” I bought the car directly from them less than a year ago. He then raised his voice at my wife, who only asked to have the car documents returned. I strongly recommend avoiding any dealings with this dealership.

The so called experts diagnosed my car with their computer and told me a complete false story on the error code they found. I took a picture of one of the experts phone with the error code on it and when I later confronted him with the picture of the code he lied and told me that this was a picture from another car. Went to the manager to complain about this behaviour and they denied all this and only after an intense discussion with proof of their false explanation and lying about the picture they apologised after I had to tell them that an apology would be the least they could do. So be aware of their practices
