I bought an Audi a 5 with 80 000 km .
After 8km was broken engine .
They didn’t help , didn’t find a solution .
I suggest to buy in a different place

They sold us a car that was rusted as hell

Place i live we say : " If you can not say nothing good for someone, don't say nothing "
I am about to say nothing!

What a bunch of scammers. We agreed on a price, told we would receive the documents to sign via email, and also told we can cancel our current insurance. We canceled our current insurance but no documents were ever sent. When we finally got a response from AAA. They said they can't insure us. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Complete waste of time dealing with these liars.

I would not recommend to anyone without having a technical assistance with appropriate knowledge as they sell repaired cars without reviling any information in this regard. The customer service is awful, as they treat you as someone who is there only to pay them money, not as an individual customer with specific needs. At the reception desk, most ladies are not nice and treat you more as a necessity than a client. Horrible experience !

Spolupráca s AAA Auto ma veľmi milo prekvapila nakoľko od prvej chvíle a jej zamestnanci ( ako napr. Igor Pátraš, Ľubomír Šmondrk a spol. ) naplnili moje očakávania viac, ako by som sám očakával. práve aj toto je jeden z dôvodov prečo som sa rozhodol napisať review.

Prístup zamestnancov ku kupujúcemu mal výbornú ale hlavne požadovanú profesionálnu odbornosť a čo doslova naplnilo moje vlastné očakavanie od "A" po "Z". Môj vlastný výber tak rýchlo zjednodušil proces zmluvného konania a to aj vrátane zamestancov, ktorý majú značný prehľad o tom, ako správne pomôcť, poradiť alebo nasmerovať klienta k správnej voľbe motorového vozidna. Takže podľa mojej vlastnej skúseností bolo toto zmluvné konania a predaj prevedený na výbornú.

Ústretovosť a individuálny prístup ku klientovi ma rovnako veľmi milo prekvapil a v istých momentol aj doslova vyčaril úsmev na mojej tvári, takže musím povedať, že to bolo 100% perfis.

Prostredníctvom tohto review by som sa zároveň veľmi rád poďakoval za rýchlu realizáciu poskytovaných služieb a teším sa aj na ďalšiu spoluprácu s vami.

Cooperation with AAA Auto pleasantly surprised me from the beginning because the squad of recent employees (such as Igor Pátraš, Ľubomír Šmondrk et al.) fulfilled my expectations more than I could ever imagine. This is the main reason why I decided to write a review.

The approach of the employees to the buyer was excellent since the first meeting including all the required professional expertise, which literally fulfilled my own expectations from "A" to "Z" which is simply brilliant in every way. My own choice has resulted in a quick and simplified contract process. Employees of the company have considerable strong insight and knowledge into how to properly help, advise or direct the client to make the right choice of choosing a suitable motor vehicle for themselves or their family. In my own experience including my own eye observation can truly say that the whole contract agreement, sale and deal were carried out excellently.

The friendliness and individual approach to the client pleasantly surprised me and in some moments it literally put a smile on my face, so I have to praise this business as a 100% perfect business deal.

Through this review, I would also like to say thank you very much for the prompt service and I will certainly consider cooperation with your business in the near future as well.

LESS than one star...AAA Is lucky I am still a customer after leaving me stranded about 30 miles from home, for about 6 hours, telling me the whole time that they were still trying to find someone to come take care of me, and later, after finding out through a tow company which i paid out of my own pocket, was told that AAA called them twice, but hung up saying his price was too high!!... How can they Do that, Or Why would they is beyond me!!! Signed, a Pissed, 2nd time Duped, AAA customer.

I would rather give a zero rather than a star. Unprofessional and unreliable. Numerous errors were made with my account with AAA and all errors were mistakes from AAA on my expense. They did nothing to accommodate their errors. I have been a customer with this company for some time and they did nothing to make me feel like a loyal customer. After numerous errors and documents from me proving their mistakes, AAA refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. I was lied to multiple times, placed on hold and refused a resolution. Never again will I do business with this company. This has been an ongoing issues for months and finally I will not return. As a customer satisfaction, I presumed they would take accountability for their actions but it remain the same, we will do nothing to help you although it was a fault of AAA.

the staff are very helpful when they eventually get to you all the cars they sell are sh** 2 of my friends bought a car from there and it broke within 1 week i purchased a car from there aswell after 3 weeks my car died i do have the carlife insurance for 2 years which is not worth the paper it is written on as they wouldnt cover repairs of my car total waste of money buying from them and the carlife insurance DO NOT USE OR BUY THE RUBBISH THEY SELL

Fooled me once when I went in and they didn't want to sell me the car I looked at but something else. Fooled me second time when I requested a car to another branch. I've been told it'll be free to take the car there. Then they said the car is there. When I went in, nobody knew nothing about my request. Third time same story but they said I have to leave deposit for the car to be brought there. Fourth time I went in to find the same car they had to bring in the other branch. The car wasn't there bcos they took for service. Nobody told me nothing about that. But they keep calling me if I want a car and when I can come in. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What a customer service. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY. They only have damaged, broken cars fixed up and sold. DO NOT BUY CAR FROM AAA AUTO!

I've bought BMW X5 here. Car was well prepared and I've had no issues since purchase.

they have so many cars that everyone has to choose there and I provide guarantees, which is nice

Great communication, the whole bunch was fantastic, everything stomped like a well-oiled machine. The car went through the authorized service in perfect order, signing the contract and going home.
