I have been trying to cancel my domain registrations, and my email service for months with no success, customer service is only FAQ and virtual assistance, of no use whatsoever. It was implemented by an IT contactor and it has been a waste of money for our organisation and it's one of the worst decisions ever made.

After being charged twice and a lot of back and forth they finally approved a refund only to reject the refund a few months later with no explanation or reasoning why.
The customer service is very poor and are unethical business practice.
For such a large company it’s been extremely frustrating and they don’t seem to understand consumer rights.

AWFUL. Very worrying a company that runs the world has such appalling customer service. The situation has been ongoing for over months. My developer was give incorrect information multiple times and my account was charged for services I: A) didn't use or need and B) never agreed to and C) the migration in question was never completed as the 'advice' never worked. Each email of complaint / request for help took many days for a reply making the situation unmanageable.
In each email, the rep would totally ignore the email chain, asking 'how can they help' which was infuriating as all the questions were right there.
I have had to give up ever getting my system migrated and indeed give up on the money I am owed.

AWFUL. They have charged me for something for a bunch of things that add up to around 50 or 60 £ in 30days without consent. I complained to 'google support' on email who took two weeks to respond and tell me I need to contact google workspace without an email or link or any way to do this. What a joke this company runs the planet. I have no idea why they have taken this money and no one will help

Extremely Pathetic customer Support I have been facing an issue for several days and no body know the reason every agents keep telling me new story and still they didn't resolved my issue

Don't do it. If you run into any problems, customer service is useless. I've now spent countless hours with customer service over the past two months with no resolution. My storage usage jumped from under 30 gigs to over 120 gigs over night and I'm now unable to access my gmail, unable to edit my files and also unable to create any new files, even google docs.

Beyond rubbish I had a charge back as they never sorted my account and holding me to ransom or freeze my account the same one they are unable to sort the issue ms should be stripped apart as they are using there position to take advantage of.

My Google workspace business account has been suspended due to unknown reasons for almost 30 days now. The support has been ridiculous so far. They haven't provided any information why it has happened and why is it taking so long to recover?
I am unable to login to my account and had to shift to a different email provider due to the huge loss of communication and client frustration that I had to endure.

The most complex cancellation service
The most complex cancellation service. I opened another google workspace account, the old one became in active. Cancellation is an absolute maze. I ended up paying a subscription for 12 months, assuming this was now inactive. When I realised I spend 2 half days trying to cancel it. Finally I did. They kept taking payments. My bank couldn’t do it as there was no direct debit, just an ongoing payment. I complained, they insisted I sign up again, a free trial, they couldn’t talk to me about a cancelled account. No offer of a refund. And now, I’ve gotta go through the whole process again, so they don’t keep charging me, which they already are. Bonkers ‘service’.

Après plus de 2 semaines, malgré un accord pour réactiver le compte, le service support et technique n'a pas été capable de le faire... imaginez les implications business, les connexions perdues aux services annexes etc... bref à fuir si c'est possible pour votre organisation !

Google g suit been taking money from my account on monthly basis I can’t get hold of anyone as every time I call it’s asking me for PIN number which I don’t have nor I have account with Google g suit.
This frustrating as I don’t have an account with g suit and I can’t cancel as every time I call the support line it’s asking for pin pr I won’t go forward to speak to anyone.
Can someone get back to me as this not fair I can’t get hold of anyone I don’t have no account details or pin ans money is coming off every month
you get agent support 24/7 with an average waiting time of 10 seconds yet the agent is pretty much useless
The juxtaposition between how fast the support is and how useless it is it's wild.
Don't ever go to a google meet with them; 90% of the time, you can't understand their English accent.
They say they will do X for you in Y amount of time, bull****, they never get back to you. This happened 4 times to me.
You gotta love monopolies.
Google workspace is a good product, shame about the support
Google workspace is a good product overall and good value for money. I have been using it for over 15 years since it was first launched as google apps.
Back then everything was great, but over the years the customer service and support has become absolutely terrible.
They now outsource all their support to India, and all you get is incompetent people who barely understand English, can't read emails and don't actually understand how workspace works most off the time
The result of this is repeating everything you say 10 times, getting completely incompetent and wrong advice, which will often cost you money or lost data.
If you speak to them on the phone (which they also make very difficult), all they do is tell you how they will definitely solve your problem, despite not understanding a single thing you said to them.
The whole time you talk they annoyingly will just keep key saying "uh huh, yes, i understand", which means they are clearly not actually listening.
Even worse is partner support (pps), which is 100% completely useless.
They are not reachable by phone, to anyone, even other Google depts.
They will take anywhere from weeks to months to reply to tickets, no matter how urgent your issues is. And most of the time they will just fob you off and tell you to contact workspace support even though support told you to contact pps.

pire service client que j'ai eu à appeler… rien à dire, personne ne répond, rien ne marche, le service mail est pitoyable, aucune réponse à une simple question, service technique ou commercial. Vraiment 0 pointé, et le 1 de ma note est surnoté !
Je veux juste créer un compte mais impossible depuis 1 semaine, et plus de 5h en ligne avec Google 1 qui sont un peu plus utile même s'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Même une star up novice est plus efficace que ce service

Workspace me dice que Google one, y en one que workspace, pérdida de tiempo, del servicio y todo para pagar aún más por algo que ya había pagado. Una vergüenza.

We spent thousands of dollars on Google Ads trying to increase our reach to no avail. All wasted money with a company that takes zero accountability for the damages they've caused my business.
