Blogger geht mit Google Workspace leider nicht. Auch andere GWS-basierte Veröffentlichungen sind kompliziert. Unsäglich ist der Kündigungsprozess - das geht gar nicht und führt zur Abwertung. Das ist italienisch kaufmännisch gesehen nicht einmal seriös, da Google konventionell praktisch nicht erreichbar ist. Die 3 Sterne sind knapp.

This is 4th day i am struggling to access my business email and every time a verification code is sent to the same email inbox which i am asking customer support to access it. Does it make any sense? I have given my phone number and they said it it is switched off which is a big lie. Disgusting and unprofessional service despite paying monthly fee for business emails.

One arbitrary notification about "Information required to unsuspend your Google account" - and suddenly all of our employees were cut off from everything. Client communications, project files, financial records, and years of business intelligence - all held hostage behind Google's impenetrable wall of automated responses.
The financial bleeding started immediately. Clients couldn't reach us at our professional email addresses. Calendar access vanished, leaving us scrambling to reconstruct hundreds of scheduled meetings and deadlines from memory. Sales teams lost access to their entire pipeline documentation. Customer service couldn't access support histories or client files. Our management was locked out of all banking, trading accounts, and basically anything requiring 2FA via email.
The cascading effects were devastating. We missed crucial client deliverables because the files were trapped in Google Drive. Proposals worth thousands of dollars failed to reach prospective clients. Standing meetings with major accounts were missed. Our reputation, built meticulously over years, began crumbling in hours.
The most maddening part? The complete absence of support or guidance to mitigate the emergency. It took hours of research to understand what was going on. Was it a storage issue? A payment issue? No information could be found except for: "your account has been suspended". We were finally able to find the "appeal process" through a customer rep, only to find they had an additional 24-hour response time.
Our accounting team lost access to crucial spreadsheets right before payroll. HR couldn't access employee documents. Development teams lost access to their documentation and collaborative workspaces. Every department discovered just how deeply Google had become entrenched in our operational infrastructure.
The recovery costs were staggering. Emergency IT consultants. Temporary workaround solutions. Lost billable hours. Damaged client relationships. Financial exposure losses - all because one tech giant has the power to unilaterally sever a business's digital backbone.

Wish I had read these reviews before signing up. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer support. They are dishonest, incompetent and to date have wasted 7 hours of my time on what should be a minor issue to resolve. They also do not accept or process complaints - DO NOT GO WITH GOOGLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Useless customer support. They've been taking me around in circles with instructions that lead me to the starting point again and again. They don't read my requests, they just copy pre-made answers that ask me to do what I'm telling them I cannot do.
We lost all access to our workspace and with that a lot of important emails, files, and the use of the domain that we had purchased in another provider. And there doesn't seem to be any way of recovering it.
Do not enter Google Workspace. You will regret it.

Google kept double charging after upgrade. I have tried to speak with support but it is like a dark web maze. You keep circling around for hours trying to find information on how to get through to someone. I canceled and was charged $125 cancellation fee....
Navigating the software is not worth it for small business as it seems like you need someone full time to learn it and use it. So challenging and I use many softwares in my work. Terrible and frustrating experience.

Unethical ways to take people’s money.
If there was any less I would have given that…. I’m really angry at the fact that I will be paying for the rest of my life because there is no tech support. How can a company steal from people? It must be because they have monopoly, also being a giant company.
I want to cancel my services with them but they won’t help me, they don’t have any support for my kind of problem.
It was the biggest mistake in my life to subscribe to Google Workspace. Now my only option is to get a new credit card, so they can’t withdraw anymore money from my bank account.

Support almost as bad as HP
The support for something as simple as Google Drive is horrendous. Spent 3 hours with 4 "technicians" today trying to solve a file storage issue. Besides having heavy middle eastern accents that you had to ask numerous times to repeat because you couldn't understand them, they never did solve the problem nor did they seem interested in doing so.

They are unethical. We have been charged twice without any reasons, we ask the refund for the double charged and they refused. They told me that the second charge would be used in the next months payment. The monthly charge should be 33.67€, I've been charged 2 x 33.67 €...I should have a credit of 33.67...no I've a credit 21.32 € reducing everyday and they do not provide any clarification or assistance.,
Google Workspace and Squarespace’s are Unethical
I decided to see what Google Workspace was about since I already used Google Business and never had a problem. That was literally the worst decision of my life although going in with complete careful consideration! The Google Workspace is purely unethical. After obtaining and paying for a domain with Squarespace, recommended by Google, the window closed or crashed somehow and I no longer had access to my account! Neither Squarespace nor Workspace have a way of contacting anyone-by phone, email, chat, NOTHING. They Google support phone # routes you to a “Sales Team who will be with you shortly” no one ever answers. I held 1 hour and 45 minutes on the first attempt, then over 2 hours on the second. I never received any receipts for my purchases which were drafted from my account. Stay away from this product. Shame on Google
The worst customer support (and overall service experience) I've ever encountered.
It's quite incredible that such a big company can be so unbelievably terrible. I hadn't even signed up, and was just curious to see what the cost of a Workspace subscription would be with a simple business email attached to my domain (which was purchased via Wix). Little did I know that they'd literally hijack my domain, forcing me to pay the mid-tier business Workspace subscription, with no way of backing out.
Since I wasn't satisfied at all with the pricing, I went to another provider who offered the same service at a much lower rate, and to my surprise, I was barred from setting up the email because it was "already set up with Google". This is nonsense, I had NOT committed to anything.
The only way to get it back was to go through some horridly fiddly process of proving I owned the domain (?) which took hours of my time and continuously failed. I'm completely stuck in what was supposed to be a super quick and simple task, that ended up in days of back and forth.
To add to the damage, their customer support is non-existent - it's literally impossible to talk with a human, and instead they have some incompetent chat bot and pages of text to read through to figure out how to solve the issue (note: after a few hours, NONE of the solutions worked). Their support emails are no-reply, and completely automated. They continued to prompt me to go to the "Admin Console" which was non-existent since I hadn't actually subscribed to the service. Any attempt to log in and fix the problem would resort me to a blank page with the overpriced offer thrown in my face, with no menu or option to see other offers or proceed in any other way.
Thus, the only way to move forward was to purchase the offer they were forcing in front of me, and then proceed to cancel (which was an absolute farce as well).
This has been hands down the worst service experience I've ever had. What an utter disappointment to see what used to be such a decent service, fall to pieces like this. 3 days of my valuable time wasted.
