I’ve been ordering from Wordan’s for a few years now and the experience has always been great. The products are good quality and the customer service is fast and friendly. I recently had to return a few shirts that I ordered in the wrong colour, and Angela in the customer service department processed my request quickly and followed up personally. I definitely recommend!

Very impressed by the 5* customer service received from Angela! Prompt response and satisfactory resolution, very professional. She definitely is an added value to the company.

Placed an order with Wordans and waited for arrival. Delivery got messed up and very complicated. Fortunately I was assisted by CS Agent Angela. After she understood my dilemma she immediately jumped into action and resolved the issue beyond my wildest expectations. Kudos and credit to Angela as she is a Gem of an employee...thoughtful, diligent and action oriented. She was the deciding factor in whether I would place another order with Wordans...most definitely will place another order.

I love Wordans, and have ordered from them many times. Recently I made an order for customized sweatshirts for my sewing group - BTW if you're looking for customized apparel, Wordans has great prices and the quality is excellent. When I received my order, there was a printing error on one of the sweatshirts. I contacted Wordans and Angela responded from customer service.

Angela was amazing! She took care of everything and coordinated with the printer to replace the item. Angela was friendly, professional, and very efficient - the perfect CSR. Thank you so much Angela!

I ordered 3 sweatshirts from here and was happy to find a) excellent prices b) it arrived the next day! c) the colour was true to the picture d) the quality! It was a last minute order for a customer of mine and the first time I did any sort of clothing so I was extremely happy with the overall experience. Will definitely be using Wordans as my go to shop!

If I could rate them less than one star I would. They do not honour refunds or exchanges. I was promised a refund and never received it. All attempts at contacting them after the promise went unanswered.

Wordans has a complicated website to navigate. Some colour dots don't match the colour of the tee shirt. Description of tee shirts is vague. We wanted 100% cotton and guessed at some of them because they were under no catagory blend. Finally, the amount you have to spend to get free shipping from w1 (another complicated mess) is too high.

For my first Wordans order, I purchased 6 different types of shirts for a total of 17 items and received them in 8 days. One of the shirts selected was in the navy colour offered, but I received it in heather navy even though both the confirmation email and packing slip confirmed the colour that was ordered was navy. Now this is why I am giving Wordans 3 stars out of the gate (I have made countless orders from Amazon without one mistake ever). Wordans
customer service on the other hand, and Angela in particular, deserves a solid 5 stars for rectifying the issue so efficiently and promptly after I emailed customer service to describe the issue and provide a photo of the colour error. She acknowledged the error by Wordans, put in a new order to replace the shirts and provided me with everything I needed to return the shirts. Thanks to the error though, I still had to spend more time to rectify Wordans mistake then I did selecting the items and placing my order in the first place. Thank goodness for great customer service!

I am a new customer who signed in to your site yesterday. I had a large to place for a Christmas family function. Not knowing the site well and not wanting to mess up the order, I phoned and Angela promptly answered the call. She patiently sat with me and walked me through the paces ie: sizes and colours and also the nuances of the Wordan site which would help me with future orders. At no point did I hear a bit of frustration or impatience as she worked with me through the order. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and very friendly. The order was placed and I was very happy. I thanked her and asked her if there was somewhere I could send a review. I wish there were more customer service representatives like her. She was outstanding. Thank you Angela.

I was very impressed with the quick response and kindness I received from Angela. She understood my issue and quickly gave a solution. I would have no issues dealing with her again.

I had a delivery issue with my recent order. It seems I made an error on the shipping address and UPS couldn't deliver to a non-existant address.
I called customer service and spoke with Angela. She quickly noted the changes and contacted UPS to correct the address. She promised to call me back, and she did! She resolved the problem in very short order. A very big THANK YOU to Angela at customer service. 🤓

We had a few mix ups on our order when we received it, and a quick message, and a few minutes later Angela had things back on track, and the corrections are in the mail. Now if they could clone her and add an Angela in the shipping department...thank you for the help!

J'ai acheté 1 fois chez wordan et depuis lors je reçois 100 pubs par jour la où je me connecte sur n'importe quel réseau social et sur n'importe quel appareil.
Je n'en veut plus de cette marque.

There were a few mistakes in the shipping and bill charge for my order but I got great and fast help from someone named Yonathan. Would definitely order from here again knowing if something goes wrong I'm in good hands!
