I ordered orange hoodies for my daughters birthday. I did not want safety orange.. I wanted orange a nice fall orange. So I ordered safety orange. I called customer service and spoke to Angela. Angela quickly processed a return slip and had it emailed to me within minutes. I returned my hoodies and wardens had it the next day. But I forgot to add the return number to the outside the box. I emailed Angela who confirmed that my return was at the warehouse and once my items were inspected I would receive a credit. I did receive the credit and reordered the orange hoodies. I did not change the address on my order from my old address. So it was going to be delivered to the wrong address again totally my fault! I emailed Angela and explained my mistake. She was able to correct my address before my package was sent. Angela has the patients of a Saint! My wardens warrior! My orange hoodie hero! Thank you Angela for all your help! Someone give Angela a raise!

I made a silly mistake with my order (wrong shipping address) and Angela promptly helped me to get it re-routed. I feel like other companies wouldn't care but Angela personally saw to it that my issue was resolved. Much appreciated!

i spoke to Angela Nepper regarding a few issues i was having (she's the only one that responded to my inquiries regarding a couple returns i had made) and she helped me right away. she was quick and very helpful.

I made a large order the other day. After looking at my recipt I realized my shipping address was wrong. Angela figured it all out for me very quickly and updated me about my package and the process. I am so grateful for her help. Great costumer service I am very impressed. Will definitely be buying more! Thankyou Angela!!

Best customer service I’ve received. I had forgotten an item and Angela helped me get my order canceled promptly so I could re order and not have to pay shipping for a single item. Angela is a lifesaver!

I had to return 2 items since they were the wrong size for my husband. The thought of returning those items seemed like a drag to me. Until I started the process and Angela took care of my request. Throughout the whole process, she made sure my emails always had a prompt and simplified reply. Thank you Angela!

It is impossible to speak to anyone. The customer service line will auto hang up after 3 minutes of waiting on hold. They don't and have not yet responded to any emails sent to customer service. I am hoping they might contact me after the past review but no they did not. I have just spent the past hour once again trying to get ahold of anyone but no such luck.

Edited--- Customer Services from Wordans has finaly reached me via email and has cancelled the coupon to replace it with full refund on the credit card.
I am satisfyed with the end results despite not knowing why all items from Egothier(Needen brand) have been removed as well as W4 from their entire site. Thanks to Customer Services for doing what should have been done first.----------------

One more order with problems and this time it was incredibly terrible. I ordered 6 different items in quantities and the site was showing many undreds (some thousands) in stock. Two days after, nothing yet processed and still all items in stock. The third day, all this brand disappeared as well as the weraehouse number from the site and still nothing processed. after a week I did contact the customer service over email... no answer. Nine days later, another email and still no answers. I than decided to cancel the order and all I got was a coupon as the order was in process (according to them) but all items are backorder and no estimate of restock. I have been customer of this company for more than three years and this is the last time I ever place an order with any of this Wordans/Needen/...

Poor customer service and website. I tried several times to place an order online or by phone, but was given the runaround by the customer service representatives. Was never able to speak to a real person who could successfully assist me in navigating the website. After four days gave up and shopped elsewhere.

Long story short an order was entered twice and when I realised this I requested one to be canceled immediately. I received confirmation that a coupon was created for a future credit for the second order entry, coupon which I was not happy with since I do not order often and wanted my money back. I was put in contact with Ms. Angela who quickly replied to my email where I expressed my disappointment and she immediately canceled the coupon to replace it by a full refund. Now THATs what I call great customer service. No arguing, no delays, she took the time to understand my situation and immediately agreed to help me. I am extremely satisfied by her customer service and will definately be ordering again from Wordans :)

Overall fantastic experience. Order was delivered the day after I placed it. Unfortunately the size I ordered wasn’t right. I reached out to the company for some help and Angela from customer support exceeded my expectations. She was so helpful and kind. I will definitely be ordering again in the future. I ordered T-shirts from Wordans and I tried it on were too big so made a return request and got a confirmation email that request was received but its already been a week and still haven't heard back from them.

I received a shirt order in the mail and the colour wasn’t quite to my liking. So I made another order and contacted customer service to return my first order. I dealt with Angela Nepper, she was very pleasant and great to deal with. Her quick responses really helped!
The second shirt order I made was exactly what I wanted and the shirts were great quality and the shipping was extremely fast!

Quality wash and wear polo shirts at a reasonable price. Will surely order more. I also got a quick response from customer service. Highly recommended store.
