Unbeknownst to me, Wordans sent my order using a courier who simply left my valuable package outside of my house with no notification, and, of course, it was stolen. Since UPS took a photo of my package left on my doorstep in a high pedestrian traffic area, Wordans said there was nothing they could do. I disagree. They could use a courier that is familiar with the term 'porch pirates', and have the delivery person simply ring my doorbell. A horrible experience. I am currently instigating a small claims court action regarding this matter.

Stephan was excellent to work with. He came up with a solution and resolved it very quickly.

I have ordered in the past with Wordans with no issues but my recent purchase was shipped with the wrong size in the box even though the shipping information was correct.
I contacted them through their website 3 business days ago and they haven’t responded yet.
The customer service department seems nonexistent

Ordered tshirts. Plain and the fit is amazing. Had an issue with one that had a hole in it. Christian from customer service took care of it right away, even though I was outside of the return window. Great company and products. Will definitely order again.

Pas capable de respecter les commandes, quand tu appels, ça te dis qu'il sont seul sans superviseurs. et que ça ne peut pas t'offrir de service car il doivent valider avec le livreur, c'est pas compliquer demander au livreur pourquoi et dire au client on vous en reship, vous l'aurait demain et on vous crédite... mon client a du canceler sont shooting photo, 600$ dans les perte car une compagnie comme la votre est pas capable de respecter les livraisons et fait rien pour aider les clients!

Stephen was a very quick, helpful, and polite customer service rep. My issue was resolved in less than 24 hours, they were transparent about the cause, and generous in the resolution. Hard to find service this good anywhere.

If you are looking to print custom t-shirts in Canada, stay as far away from Wordans.ca as possible. They are hands down the worst printing service in the country. They are completely untrustworthy, and their entire operation feels like a trap designed to take your money without delivering what you paid for, even if it is just a few bucks.

The biggest issue is their online design tool—it does not work. You can spend all the time you want meticulously positioning and editing your artwork on their website, but they will completely ignore your edits. They will print your artwork completely raw and unedited, totally disregarding the adjustments you made on your screen. In my case, a simple square graphic wasn't even printed straight on the t-shirt! It looked completely amateur and ruined the entire shirt.

When you reach out to complain, their customer support team goes into full deflection mode. They will flat-out deny your claims, telling you that the error is your fault, not theirs. To make matters worse, they make up blatant untruths to reject your complaints, inventing fictional "specialized internal teams" that do not even exist just to run you in circles and close your ticket. They refuse to take any responsibility for their website's technical failures.

The only positive thing I can say is that the Next Level blank t-shirts themselves are good quality, and the delivery time was decent. But that does not matter when the actual print job is a crooked, unedited mess.

My Recommendation: Do not trust Wordans.ca for custom printing. Their design tool is broken, their quality control is nonexistent, and their support team will lie to avoid correcting their mistakes. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a reputable printer who actually stands behind their work.

I have ordered from here before without issues. And I suppose this last order concerns is my own fault for not checking the items over upon receiving them. I ordered tshirts and at least half of them (4?) had holes in the back of them near the top of the neckline. I did not notice until my husband had applied his logo to them which I understand the company saying I should have looked them over first, and also that my husband applied a print to them, that the shirts cannot be returned. That is a bit foolish to ne though because even if we could return them, it’s not like you could re-sell them. Regardless of the small loss for me, it’s disappointing to walk away from a company that I initially enjoyed ordering from.

Ordered 6 pairs Zero Friction golf gloves. One pair of pink gloves frayed and peeled during first use. Horrible. Contacted Zero Friction who said gloves were well over stale dated time to have this happen. Wordans said no refund after having received shipment a month ago. Disgusting service. Faulty merchandise.

This Company is a rip off factory.
Not only did they charge me four times for the same order, they refused to call me back. I provided Stephan from customer service all the relevant information, and asked to be refunded the thousands of dollars they owed me. They couldn't even be bothered to call me back.
THIS COMPANY CONDUCTS FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT. THEN REFUSES TO DEAL WITH IT. What kind of people are running this place. Stealing from small businesses like it's somehow allowed. And not bothering to call back to rectify the error. GROSS NEGLIGENCE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR PRODUCT, GO ELSEWHERE CAUSE YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE.
