Answered all my questions and fixed my problems

Ross was clear, efficient and helpful. Problem solved easily without issue.

First order, they incorrectly labelled an oversize unisex shirt as a "womens" shirt - indicating an incorrect sizing. Refused a full refund with return shipping, said the item was what I ordered... But refused to acknowledge they'd mislabelled it.

Update:
Was promised "Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll send the return label within 48 hours."

It's been 4 days since they last responded to me...

Terrible customer service. The logo quality on the hoodies was very poor, and one item was missing from my order. Responses took days, delivery was extremely late, and my case was closed without resolving the missing item. I still haven’t received what I paid for. Very disappointing experience.

they refused to give me a refund on my missing item because they have given me a refund ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER and then told me that they considered the matter closed. i had to report them to my payment processor to get them to force a refund. not once did they apologize.

Ross responded very quickly to my inquiry and came back with a solution. Thanks Ross for your prompt response! Cheers

I was mistakenly sent the incorrect amount of hoodies. I should have received three large and five xl hoodies. I received 8 large (mistakes happen). I reached out to customer service and had absolutely amazing service!
Ross, from customer service promptly answered my email and had my issue resolved immediately. The hoodies were for Christmas gifts and he was able to get the correct items shipped out to me right away. He was kind, thorough and extremely prompt!I was grateful for all his help !

I have always received quality products from Wordans. I've only had one small issue but it was rectified immediately. Everyone I've dealt with has been amazing.

Very fast response and delivery. First time ordering and was very happy except I may have ordered a version of t-shirt that is smaller than what I normally wear as a medium. Expecting the same great customer service

Ross made my is the only reason I am giving this 5 stars. I had called previously with another operator who told me they couldn't help and just follow the return link. Ross went above and beyond, providing a solution to getting my exchange done efficiently. Unfortunately his team let him down when he was off for a few days, but Ross emailed first thing upon his return and got us sorted out.

Ross was quick to resolve an issue with a shipping discrepancy. Very happy with the response.

I wish that shipping could be a tiny bit SLOWER. I made a mistake on the shipping address. It took me only a few minutes (on a weekend) to see the error but by the next day things were already shipped - Luckily UPS was able to it and the package was at then door within 2 days.

Ross was super helpful, and did what he could to make things right on my behalf.

I will order again in the future but be more careful withe addresses.

Appreciate Ross’s help with figuring out what was going on with my order. Happy to find out my parcel wasn’t lost and was just returned due to the mail strike in my country. Also so thankful for an easy peasy solution that didn’t take days or weeks to get. Excited to get my order in!
