To be honest wordan is good place for blanks shirt the problem is they are not following my shipping choice instead ship my order into worst shipping company which is purolator upon check out i choice UPS for my delivery courier and they not followed.

Fast shipping, great prices and selection.

Prime example of why you don't support faceless business. These d*ickheads, went from charging $1.40 for a cotton tote bag to $4.84 in about in about 4 months.

Not too mention, the lies as well, they promote their higher quantity pricing to bait you into the site just to realize a small business will be paying probably 20% more per unit for their quantities.

Just all around crap business practices and I think companies like this need to go the way of the dodo.

Horrible customer service! I placed a custom order for pink printed shirts but got white instead. When I contacted them to say it was wrong they took no accountability and said they did nothing wrong.

I placed an order yesterday. Everything arrived today. The service was so fast and the products look good. So happy with Wordans and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

The order was prompt, but was missing two pieces. It was handled right away by angelan3 , and the pieces were sent and recieved in a timely fashion. They then checked to make sure everything was fine.

Angela made my experience seamless. She was quick to respond, extremely considerate and knowledgeable. I don't enjoy returning anything, to any company, but she made me rethink how uncomfortable I usually am as she made it simple and was very professional in all our communication.

I ordered a bunch of t shirts and I have to say that Wordans has a massive selection of not only styles but colours as well. The entire process was smooth and the shipping was next level fast.
I received my order as ordered and just had one tiny issue which needed some assistance for CS. A quick email and then all taken care from Angela.
When it comes to customer care,Angela is top notch.

Ordered white and got black shirts sent to us. Called them and got it escalated. It's been over 3 weeks and no resolution. Worse customer service experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordering was easy.
Shipping is reasonable.
I was not happy with the colour sent.

I ordered charcoal and what was sent looks very much like the colour sport grey which is no where near charcoal.
They offered to send out another sweatshirt to correct what I am sure is a misrepresentation of their charcoal colour and they sent the same darn colour. So now not only do I have one sweatshirt no one wants to wear I have two. Makes me not want to order from them again. Wordan's you better review your colour charts and make a correction to the charcoal colour choice because it is WAY OFF! I just gave up trying to get the proper colour.

I accidentally put the wrong postal code and Angela called and emailed to let me know. She was amazing and easy to communicate with. The issue was fixed immediately and the package sent ASAP.
I was so glad to see great customer service still exists. I will definitely keep doing my business with this company!
