Very professional staff from customers…

Very professional staff from customers services.The gentleman who installed it .,consulted us ,to make sure we were happy with all the outside work,he helped me with changing over my appliances. We have no problems from the start.We are saving 70 pounds per month.we wished we had changed much sooner

All members of staff have been amazing

All members of staff have been amazing, the fitters were brilliant, and girls on the phones very helpful. We needed help with things like our solar panels to get them to connect to wightfibre,plus one or two other things.

Excellent product and service

All staff have been exemplary, however, the office staff go way beyond what is the norm to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is the best broadband I have ever had, however, let’s hope the pricing doesn’t go up too much as that’s when I would have to change due to the economic climate.

Transfer from BT to Wightfibre 3 months ago went smoothly and on time, and my phone and IT have worked perfectly ever since. Staff are excellent: knowledgeable , helpful -- and available! Website also clear and upfront.
