The person 's who came and installed it broadband etc. were very polite and explained everything at the start of the work. Clean workers and set-up every out-station at the end. All very good.

Would have been 5 but inside a few weeks of my contract you have decided to charge for my landline, which at the time of your installation was free!

The guys that undertook the installation went over and beyond to ensure a difficult job was completed when I’m sure it would have been easier to give up. A good job done well

They were tidy & clean in appearance...
So far... (Day 1) all seems to be working... 🤞😉
It was a pleasure to meet the 2 installers...
Also, the follow-up call from ?Sam, was helpful...
Again, he was friendly, informative, helpful...
It is a joy, to finally have my services provided by Wightfibre!! 🤣 👏

Put the phone and equipment in the porch which I complained about once your helpful men had left. We were not told it would be left in the porch and not the house and when I complained was asked to pay £50
to have it moved inside.They have since contacted me apologised and offered a months free rental So well done Wightfibre
. Internet service is good

Pretty irritating to keep receiving marketing material for Whitefibre and its products when there is no plan to connect our road to the network.

installers really careful and clean up. Customer support perosn who came to get mye extenders working again was very knowledgeable and totally fixed the issues. When you ring the helpdesks you talk to a real person who gives good advice and send specailist quickly when a problem is stubborn.
Network performs brilliantly.

From my initial contact, I spoke to a lovely lady in the office.I had a couple of questions, within 24hours I had the answers. Totally professional from start to finish. The installation was great the engineers were polite,on time and knowledgeable. We now have faster broadband. I would recommend this company .

Fantastic service from day one of signing up, the installation guys were polite and got the job done in good time.
Internet speeds are phenomenal compared to what we previously had with BT. Great to support a local company on the island , I couldn't be happier 😊

What a difference before joining Wight fibre our WiFi was poor and required booster boxes, the TV kept buffering.
But now we have WiFi through out the house and down the bottom of our garden. The price is very good as well.
Did have one issue about a week after installation we lost all service, which we reported late afternoon, a tech guy was out next morning early and checked all connections and found that our connection had been dislodged from the local main box and had it fixed within 15minutes. All good since then.
Would I recommend Wight fibre? Yes I would from my personal experience the service has been great, I am kept update as to when billing will be taken. Quick response to queries and resolving issues.
So much better that previous provider.

I would not have expected to need a booster and even without it the internet connection on the tv is very poor. Disappointing that the calls package is not included in the figures and worse still WightFibre now are planning to charge for just having the line connected
