Great service

They were brilliant getting us reconnected after we attempted to go to a competitor, for a slightly cheaper deal, which was the worst thing we done.
Was without internet and landline for 4 days.
Having explained the situation to Wight fibre that we wished to reconnect and stay with them they sorted it out pronto, even got our old number back.
Excellent support and sales team.
Really nice to speak to real people rather than bots and online chats.
Our reasons for giving 5 stars.

the helpdesk was a little frustrating…

the helpdesk was a little frustrating but once we got passed that and spoke to a person with common sense we organized to install fibre to our house some 1500 feet from there last pole. with all the work done we have now had wightfibre for 4 months and could not be happier with the speed of our internet and expect to be a customer for may years

When we went on holiday for 2 weeks we…

When we went on holiday for 2 weeks we couldn’t connect to our modem causing us to have no security cameras which was very worrying and we couldn’t control our heat which was very expensive. We informed wight fibre but no response has been received to the above!
