Beautiful wicker furniture

Great experience and quality of product. I had ordered a set and added on a side table. A representative contacted me to ask if I realized the side table didn’t match and there was a matching one available. She also made arrangements for my receiving the special order Sunbrella cushions. Shipment was quick. Very happy!

It was easy and quick. Someone also called to let me know that I should make sure that the box the wicker is delivered in is not damaged. He also suggested to open the box and check to see if there was any damage to anything inside the box. We did that and all was good.

Suspicious upcharging
"Free shipping" plastered every, while shopping, in shopping cart an in popup shipping charge window.
No shipping required until after I paid, then a suspicious email from different people stating desired shipping charge.
I'm just not that stupid to fall for it. CC Co. Credited my account after I disputed their claim and cancelled order...
Never again.
Inconsistant, advertised free shipping, included on invoice, then tried to upcharge dirrent amounts, when brought to their attention, continued to add costs to me.
Something not right with this company, will not do business with any company attempting to upcharge and not honor invoice.

Hi DMC--we keep our prices very attractive as we are sure you have noticed. We list --Free Shipping to MOST Locations in the 49states. The truckers charge more to deliver to some locations and we follow them. Our choice is to raise prices to everyone or just to the areas that the truckers charge more to deliver to. We have chosen to follow the truckers. Most people already know and understand it. The truth is we do not charge people without getting an approval on any additional OUT OF THE AREA charges. Doing this since 1978. Over 4,500 reviews on our Home Page.
While the 2 drawer wicker file cabinet…
While the 2 drawer wicker file cabinet I bought was very attractive, the scale was a little too large for the rest of my furniture, and the price to return it wasn't inexpensive. I will probably wind up selling it locally to someone else who has perhaps, a high ceiling or similar which will make it look more in scale for the room.

No Mention of Being On Back-Order
The product I’m interested in has been out of stock for more than a couple of months. The site I ordered from had no mention of this when I ordered.

Glad I checked the one, two, and three star reviews
I have been looking at the one-, two-, and three-star reviews of Wicker Warehouse on Trustpilot prior to placing an order for chairs. Based on the very unhelpful and rude responses to customers with problems with their orders, I have decided to forgo ever ordering from this company. They have many excuses, but offer very little to no help and usually blame the customer for the problem or their shippers. That and they always seem to be "out of the office", "on vacation", or "you're writing to us on a Sunday so that's why we don't respond" when complaints are made that they are unresponsive. No Thanks!
