Company kept in contact with me when my coffee table had to be ordered. Let me know when it was coming in and how it was coming in and did not charge me anything until table was on it way. Impressive company. The table was as ordered. very beautiful and well made. I would order from them again.

Great customer service. We’re long term customers, have furnished several porches from Wicker Warehouse and wouldn’t buy anywhere else. Our most recent order was placed on a Monday and delivered Friday of the same week. Sturdy, well made, cushions are extremely comfortable and colorful. You can’t go wrong with Wicker Warehouse

Extraordinary service
I have ordered from these guys on two separate occasions, and always found them to be prompt communicators and professional. In my most recent order, they went out of their way to search out a fabric to match my previous order that was no longer available. They found the fabric through another vendor and arranged to have it used for my order.....they clearly went to extraordinary efforts to make this happen, and I am grateful.

A Great Experience with Excellent Quality
Wicker Warehouse made it so easy to buy an excellent quality wicker sofa at a reasonable price. I was in contact with a very nice representative through the whole process who even sent me swatches of material to help in my decision for the cushions. From initial contact to delivery in 5 weeks, everything went so smoothly. Although we understood it was not the policy, our delivery man even took pity on our age and brought the box onto our porch.
